Pros:

Die Anlage und die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und sauber.
Toll war auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Vriendelijk onthaal met pasklare oplossingen, gewoon genieten
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en zeer netjes. Mogelijkheid tot privé parkeren in garage. Onze hond was zeer welkom! Goede ligging van het hotel en makkelijk bereikbaar. Mooi zwembad.

Heel verzorgd, goed gelegen hotel, met zeer vriendelijke service.
Pros:

Vanuit het hotel sta je op 5 minuutjes aan de wandelpromenade van het gezellige Cannobio.
Voor onze huwelijksverjaardag verzorgde het personeel zelfs een aangename surprise op onze kamer !

La taille de l'appartement et son orientation.
Le parking gratuit sauf le dimanche à proximité.
La literie très confortable.

Une ouverture de la piscine un peu plus large.

Alles in allem eine schöne Anlage
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die ganze Anlage sehr ansprechend und gepflegt.
Die Poolanlage ist auch sehr einladend

Cons:

Das Apartment war etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, da hätten wir uns zumindest eine kleine Ablagefläche für Getränke neben der Couch gewünscht.
Auch ein Besenschrank für die Putzutensilien wären in dieser Preiskategorie angebracht, anstatt diese einfach offen in die Ecke zu stellen.
Die "Bar" lockt mit Billard und Tischkicker
- Leider jedoch nur mit einem Billardtisch ohne jegliches Zubehör, es gibt eine Theke aber keine Bewirtung und ab 19:30 Uhr war dieser Bereich ( frei ab 18 Jahren) geschlossen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgwfühlt bis auf ein zwei Kleinigkeiten . Man ist der schnell am Lago Maggiore und in der Stadt
Pros:

Das Personal war unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommenden , sehr gepflegte Anlage

Cons:

Leider ist das parken sehr teuer , dass sollte bei der Buchung inklusive sein und der Pool müsste erneuert werden.

Shame about the pool
Pros:

We have visited this hotel several times over a period of 18 years. The location, the size of the room and the swimming pool is what draws us back. The restaurant is a private run affair and offered excellent food, service and friendliness.

Cons:

The pool is in great need of repair. The hotel was overrun with children. Ok slightly our fault for booking at this time of the year. However, there was no control of them by the life guard when the pool was being used. Signs are on display, stating no smoking, diving, running, no inflatables. All of these rules were ignored and not upheld. The lifeguard sat the majority of the time in the inside of the shallow area constantly on their phone. The pool was therefore at times completely taken over by large groups, which meant that we could not use the pool comfortably.
