Berry welcoming hotel that I would definitely stay at again, but would ask for a room not overlooking the main road.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Great location, facilities and cleanliness.

Cons:

Our balcony overlooked a busy road.

Dog-friendly hotel with pool.
Pros:

It is a fairly large hotel but still very quiet. This may be because families with children choose the beach if the weather permits. We had our dog with us and it was allowed to bring the dog to the pool area as long as it stayed calm. It was a good pool area with more than enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Also great to have a garage in the hotel.

Cons:

We had asked for a room on the ground floor so we could sit outside with the dog. It turned out that the room was one floor down from the main street, which was a few meters from the hotel. So the view from the patio was a slope with a busy street at the top. But since dogs are allowed everywhere, we had no need for the patio.
The parking garage was very cramped and required some maneuvering if you have a larger car.

Mooi centraal hotel/ appartement.
Pros:

Mooi rustig zwembad, vriendelijk personeel, centrale ligging.

Cons:

We hadden graag een balkon of terras gewild. Dat was bij het boeken van ons type appartement geen garantie en helaas ook niet gekregen. Wellicht een optie om dat ( tegen meerprijs of naar keuze) te kunnen boeken.

Pool auch wenn nicht neu war
Bett / Matratze gute Qualität
Blick auf Fussball/ Tennisball und insbesondere auf Lago Maggiore

Cons:

Ungünstige Stelle von Steckdose (z. B. Zimmertür und keine Verteiler an andere Stellen zu kompensieren). Unangenehm Geruch von dem Nachbarn Wohnung (unter) über die Ventilation

Einfach schön!
Pros:

Unser Zimmer hatte eine schöne Terrasse
Der Pool war erfrischend bei der Hitze und ist schön groß ! Man hat die Möglichkeit dort Getränke und essen bestellen sehr gut finden wir.
Parkhaus vorhanden bei der Hitze eine Wohltat wenn das Auto drinnen steht.
Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Wir kommen wieder!

Very nice hotel with beautiful view
Pros:

Very nice hotel that looks like an Italian village. Our room (studio) had beautiful view and it’s on a good location. Staff also very friendly and nice pool.

Cons:

Breakfast is not really worth the extra money, no eggs or something freshly baked.
