Charming Hotel w great breakfast
Pros:

Great service during check in, staff helped us get oriented to town w a map. Large room w excellent AC for June heat. Wonderful robes and slippers. Walking distance to park and casco viejo. Excellent Breakfast buffet, best we had in our trip.

I am very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning system was not adequate, especially for American travelers who are accustomed to cooler room temperatures.

In addition, when we first entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor that smelled like sewage or latrine pipes. This made the room very uncomfortable from the moment we checked in.

I hope you will address these issues promptly. I also believe Booking.com should be made aware of these conditions so that future guests receive accurate information before making a reservation.

Excellent- quiet elegance.
Pros:

Very quiet. Even though our room was right next to an elevator, we never heard it. Excellent service. Elegant rooms.

Cons:

The parking beneath the building is quite tight. If you are trying to leave, and someone is coming in, one of you has to back up.
