Guts Hotel, allerdings ohne Klimaanlage
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und Hilfsbereitschaft. Die Bereitstellung kostenloser Parknöglichkeiten für Reisende, die mit dem Wagen ankommen. Das Hotel wurde in Teilen renoviert und ist sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das es heutzutage noch Sheraton Hotels ohne Klimaanlage gibt, hätte ich nicht erwartet. Bei zugegebenermaßen hohen Außentemperaturen um 30 Grad, war es im Zimmer trotz geöffneter Fenster kaum auszuhalten. An erholsamen Schlaf war bei Innentemperaturen um 30 Grad nicht zu denken.

Sehr gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Kiel.
Pros:

Frühstück im Wintergarten war sehr schön. Es war gut sortiert und wurde auch immer ausreichend nachgelegt.

Cons:

Was wir bei der Buchung nicht durchdacht hatten, war dass es keinen Aufzug gibt. Sonst hätten wir im Erdgeschoss gebucht. Da wir einiges an Gepäck dabei hatten.
Auch das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage würde im Sommer dazu führen, dass wir ein anderes Hotel buchen würden.

Betten sehr bequem, reichlich platz im Zimmer, kleiner Kühlschrank und safe .Fenster zum öffnen.

Die Lage ist und mit den Öffis alles gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die zum Standard gehörende, aber nicht vorhandene, Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer lag auf der Sonnenseite und verfügte lediglich über schwere Vorhänge. Tagsüber war es nicht auszuhalten und selbst nachts, bei geöffneten Fenstern, konnte die Temperatur nur marginal gesenkt werden. Des Weiteren ist bei drei Stockwerken kein Aufzug vorhanden.
Weder auf der Internetseite des Hotels noch sonst irgendwo wird auf diese fehlende Standards hingewiesen.
Während unseres 5tägigen Aufenthaltes hat die Buchunfssoftware des Hotels entweder nicht oder nur sporadisch und träge funktioniert.

Das Familienzimmer sollte 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer haben. Tatsächlich war es aber nur ein Raum mit Doppelbett und in diesem Raum stand eine ausziehbare Couch als zweite Schlafgelegenheit. Das entspricht nicht der Zimmerbeschreibung und musste gezwungenermaßen leider so hingenommen werden. Nicht akzeptabel.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Frühstück sehr
umfangreich. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.Es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer in der 3.Etage hatte schrägen,
mein Mann ist über 1.80 er musste sehr aufpassen das er in der Nacht zur Toilette nicht davor rennt 🫣 sonst war alles super. Betten waren für uns sehr bequem 👍
Waren nur eine Nacht, da wir am nächsten Tag eine Kreuzfahrt gemacht haben.
