Чиста постіль, чиста ванна кімната, хороший сніданок

Cons:

Готель 4 зірки- меблі в номері старі, холодильника нема ( мені потрібно тримати ліки в холодильнику) тому і взяли «кращий готель», але все старе, багато якихось шаф, але холодильника нема. Хотіли дитині розкласти диван - був поламаний.

편안한 휴식과 맛난 식사가 준비되어 있는 숙소
Pros:

생각 했던 것 보다 아주 좋은 숙소입니다.
주변 사람들에게 추천해주고 싶은 곳이었습니다.
조식은 다른 곳보다 훨씬 가성비가 높고 우수한 식사였습니다.
식사만을 위한 방문도 고려해볼 만한 곳이라 생각됩니다.
위치도 마리보르의 핵심적인 관광지를 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있는 곳이라 이동동선이 좋았고 다른 지역으로 이동하기에도 좋은 위치에 자리하고 있어 만족스러웠습니다.

Cons:

아쉬움이라면 객실에 내장고가 없어 무더운 날씨에 시원한 물을 마실수 있도록 할 수 없었던 점입니다.
그 외에는 거의 아쉬움이 없었습니다.

Outstanding staff and good breakfast, but improvements in cleanliness and parking information needed
Pros:

The staff were exceptional—professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to customer service. I would give them 10/10. A huge thank you for allowing us to check in at 11:00 AM, which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. Being able to rest earlier made a big difference to our trip.

The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and everything we needed to start the day.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit older, which wasn't a problem, but it could definitely be cleaner. We found spider webs in the corners of the bathroom, which gave the impression that some areas are not cleaned thoroughly.

The biggest issue was the parking. The parking instructions were confusing, and there was no clear signage or information about where hotel guests should park. As a result, we parked in the city parking lot and were shocked to discover at check-out that we had paid €37 for one night instead of the hotel's €10 parking. Clearer directions and better signage would help guests avoid this unpleasant surprise.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the outstanding staff and good breakfast, but improvements in cleanliness and parking information would make the experience even better.
