Very nice hotel with well trained staff.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and well mannered. Hotel room very clean and the cleaning lady was nice to provide us with a drying rack.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin.. we could hear the other guests from the other rooms and when they were in and out of their room.

Also, it would be nice to have more shuttle transfers to the shopping malls.

Good Location. Courteous Staff. Extremely accomodating.
Pros:

The staff is absolutely the kindest staff we have met anywhere. Extremely child friendly and helpful.
Especially the door man and staff at the entrance.

Pros:

Great hotel! We had a very spacious room (the bathroom was huge!) and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was also great. Near the shoppings malls, the MRT and Lumpini Park. The breakfast was also very good! The kids loved the hotel as well!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike! We would come back if we will travel to Bangkok in the future!

Location, breakfast and staff were lovely

Cons:

Room was lovely and clean but the room size for a family of 4 was very small, we couldn’t move much especially with our cases.
