La colazione è varia ed abbondante, assolutamente da 10. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. Lo staff gentile, ti riempiono la bottiglia d''acqua della camera in base alle tue necessità.
La stanza un po piccolina
The staff was exceptional and the room was very clean. And the location was so convenient to the railroad station for a day trip to Sintra. I'll be checking out more Turim hotels in Portugal as I live here and love travelling around Portual.

Air conditioning was not very fresh in my room, also WiFi connection was unstable
O quarto é muito bem conservado e agradável. O pessoal da recepção é muito prestativo, chegamos muito antes do horário do check in e tivemos todo o apoio. Café da manhã foi muito bom.
Embora não afete a qualidade do hotel, ele fica em uma rua estreita e sua fachada é antiga, não dando uma boa impressão ao chegar no hotel. Tudo muda ao entrar.
Das umfangreiche und gute Frühstücksbuffet und die sehr gute Lage. Man befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt und das Hotel ist trotzdem ziemlich nah bei der Metro Station.
In der Nacht war ein ständiges Surren zu hören, ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ich die Metro fahren spüre.
Le petit déjeuner était parfait : sucré / salé et toujours approvisionner + large amplitude horaire
Le personnel est arrangeant et accueillant !
Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville, proche de toute commodité et commerces.
La literie était très bien et la qualité des serviettes également.
Le service de ménage parfait, chaque jour la chambre était nettoyée si nous le souhaitons et changement de serviette.

J'ai adoré la gentillesse du personnel très a l'écoute et d'une gentillesse ! Le petit déjeuner est très varié et l'hôtel dispose d'un bar. Sa situation est idéale a quelques pas de la station de métro et de plusieurs endroits incontournables.
La seule chose que je pourrais a la limite leur conseiller c'est un USB pour charger le téléphone a la table de nuit

Muy buena ubicación, puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio. Hubo un problema con la habitación y lo resolvieron muy rápido. Desayuno sencillo pero muy bueno. Lo recomiendo.
Pedimos dos habitaciones. Una estaba muy oscura, no entraba nada la luz. La otra era perfecta, pero entraron muchas hormigas y hubo que cambiarla por otra, que era mas pequeña pero aún así estaba bien. La ducha de la nueva habitación no tragaba bien y el baño solía inundarse. Para mí no son cosas demasiado importantes porque todo lo resolvieron muy bien al comunicárselo, pero aún así debo escribirlo
