The room was nice and clean comfortable room pool was nice the staff was so wonderful overall good experience

Cons:

The room was a little warmer than what I personally like but I like Antarctica cold lol so. it wasn't that bad still room temp comfortable in the room

Cons:

First room we checked into was dirty - it wasn’t even cleaned . Got downgraded to another room that had no AC working . There was only a portable unit in the room and it was so hot

I got locked in elevator and someone came into my room unannounced while i eas in there. I did not feel safe after that
