Night to break a trip up
Pros:

Was such a beautiful place to stay! The restaurant had lovely food also.

Pros:

Check in process was super easy, and great location. Bed was very comfortable and nice to have a little table to eat at and couch. View from balcony was nice. Room was well heated on a very cold night. Great to see a water refill station in lobby.

Cons:

Door noises from hallway came through to the room. Internet was a little unstable in the area.

Considering the price not worth it by far especially on weekends.

Cons:

Air con did not work and room overheated. Parking so far for elderly but not totally disabled. 10am check out so crowded. Very noisy breakfast area with food on floor spilt from previous clients and not cleaned up.

Well appointed and comfortable accomodation
Pros:

Pleasant room, very comfortable bed and good quality bathroom products. Especially like additional sink in coffee area for filling kettle rather than using ensuite facilities.

Cons:

Sound proofing in rooms was insufficient and no room service was available
Our room was on the ground floor only meters away from the turning circle for arrivals / departures as well as parking spaces directly facing the room so that curtains needed to be closed at all times. Our stay was only one night but over a longer stay this proximity to vehicles would be unpleasant.

Pros:

Clean comfortable rooms with friendly accommodating staff. Handled requests really well. Lounge area was lovely to spend time in.

Cons:

Spa area is a bit sterile. Could recommend a billiards table, kids movie room or table tennis as additional indoor activities for older kids and adults. Room temp was hard to manage. It was very hot.
