Sehr gutes Stadthotel für Shanghai – Sightseeing
Pros:

Die Zimmereinrichtung war großzügig und modern, und wir hatten einen Zugang zur Executive Lounge. Dort war der Service vom Frühstück bis zum Abend ausgezeichnet. Die Lage des Hotels bietet die Möglichkeit, fußläufig sowohl den Bund als auch ein nahe gelegenes Vergnügung – und Shoppingviertel sowie den Yu Garden bequem zu erreichen.

Cons:

Der erste Eindruck war nicht besonders positiv, weil die Lobby im dritten Stockwerk ist und der Eingang im Erdgeschoss eher unattraktiv aussieht. Ab der Lobby ist es allerdings sehr gut ausgestattet.

Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

This was a great hotel in a good location. Excellent buffet breakfast, and lovely staff. Very comfy bed and pillows, and the blackout blinds were very effective! The view from the club on level 17 was incredible too.

Cons:

I was a little unsure about the use of the club room on level 17. A bit of clarity around this would be helpful.

Perfect choice!
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located right next to a metro station and just by the entrance to Yu Garden, which makes it an excellent starting point for exploring Shanghai. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. We were especially delighted with the beautiful view of the Bund and the city skyline. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting Shanghai.

На 10 минути от Бунд и Нанджин стрийт, на 200м. е метрото. Любезен персонал. Служителят на входа ми помогна с информация за времето за придвижване до жп гарата и с другите ни въпроси. Много хубава закуска. Чисто и топло. Прекрасно кафе в стаята на капсули.

체크인 및 음식 픽업 시 일부 직원들의 처리 속도가 너무 느리고 설명도 부족했습니다. 3일 동안 다른 룸타입으로 두 번 체크인을 했는데, 모두 20분 이상 소요되었고 사전 설명 없이 1박에 1500위안의 보증금 결제도 이루어졌습니다. 영어 소통도 잘 안 되고 친절하지도 않았습니다.

My stay was great overall.
Pros:

The hotel was neat clean and rooms were comfortable. Staff were helpful, spoke English and pleasant.

Cons:

It was further away than I wanted to be but easy to find and walk back to. The bed was a bit hard and the bathroom is starting to show signs of aging. As a Muslim the breakfast options are very limited.

Номера не новые но чисто и уютно. Бронировали улучшенный номер с надеждой получить видовой номер, но увы, было не большое разочарование так как поездка была впервые и писали заранее пожелание. Персонал в целом приветливый.
