Prima kamer op een prima locatie
Pros:

Ontbijt was geweldig een 10+, veel opties en heel vriendelijk personeel. Locatie is perfect, op loopafstand is er veel leuks te zien en er zijn genoeg winkeltjes te vinden.

Cons:

De badkamer is oud en vervallen. Veel schimmelplekken en niet heel schoon. De bedden en kussens in de kamers waren naar onze mening veel te hard, en we hebben daardoor niet zo goed geslapen. Het zwembad is klein, zwemhanddoeken waren niet altijd aanwezig en de sfeer was daar niet zo prettig. Na een paar dagen gingen we er niet meer heen. De WiFi is slecht, nergens in het gebouw genoeg verbinding om een pagina te kunnen laden.

Great stay
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in an unbeatable location. It's right next to the Old City, so you can step outside and immediately enjoy one of the most beautiful areas of Shanghai. There are plenty of great places to eat, explore, and shop nearby, with the metro and the waterfront also within easy reach. The room was excellent, the breakfast was great, and overall everything exceeded our expectations.

An ideal location to stay with fantastic views
Pros:

An excellent location, right next to the subway, take exit 1 and you are right beside the Hotel. Easy walk to the Bund. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room had amazing views, the staff were super friendly and helpful

Cons:

The Hotel is getting a bit dated, often the breakfast was cold, but there was a good selection and mix of european and asian food.

Lo que más me gustó fue el desayuno, por su variedad y calidad, así como la atención recibida en el Café Bar del hotel. El servicio en esa área fue muy bueno y contribuyó a que la experiencia fuera agradable.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue que el hotel no estuvo a la altura de lo que esperaba de un establecimiento de cinco estrellas. La iluminación de las habitaciones, los baños y los pasillos era insuficiente, lo que hacía que los espacios resultaran demasiado oscuros. Además, la habitación estaba situada junto a la zona de carros de limpieza, por lo que hubo ruido frecuente que afectó al descanso. También eché en falta una mayor cantidad de agua embotellada de cortesía, algo que considero habitual en hoteles de esta categoría.

Bonita recepción pero muy costoso !
