Świetny hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji — to już mój drugi pobyt tutaj i ponownie jestem bardzo zadowolona. Obsługa jest wyjątkowo uprzejma i pomocna. Miałam problem z dotarciem z powodu odwołanych lotów, jednak pracownicy recepcji dołożyli wszelkich starań, aby mój pobyt był udany. Wszystko działało sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Pros:

This is my second time in the hotel. Great location, amenities, clean, staff and food this is why I stayed again!

Отличное расположение.
100 метров от метро выход 3.
До ЖД вокзала и аэрапорта Хунтяо прямая ветка, до аэропорта Пудун 1 остановка и пересадка. Рядом парк юйюань.
Пешком 10-15 минут до центральных локаций.
Осень хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Замелили как положено ровно в 15. Мы приехали в 13.30 после ночного самолета, спросили о возможности пораньше заселиться или пойти погулять.

Breakfast is the same everyday. Not for those who need to stay > 1 day. Only 50% of the local staff are friendly and welcoming. Met one Filipino staff who lifted the other 50% up. Nothing beats Filipino hospitality.

Konum için kesinlikle tekrar kalırım ama nem olayını çözmeleri lazım.
Pros:

Konum harikaydı, gezilecek her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Yu garden 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde, Nanjing Road ve The Bund 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Özetle konum için kesinlikle tercih edilir.

Cons:

Oda da Nem vardı. Havalandırma olmadığı için ( klima var ama yeterli değil) nem rahatsız ediyor.

Dieses Hotel würde ich nicht mehr wählen.
Pros:

Frühstück

Cons:

Man kam in der Lobby mittags nicht sitzen. Viele Tische waren reserviert und selbst von den nicht reservierten Plätzen wurde man weggeschickt. Ich musste 20 Minuten im Stehen warten, mir wurde keine Alternative angeboten. Man musste zusätzlich zum Hotelpreis für den kompletten Aufenthalt eine rund 20%-ige Kaution bezahlen. Die Zimmer sind alt.
