Fantastic!
Pros:

Prime location of the hotel - just 2 minutes away from the nearest train station, and also a 5 minute walk from the majestic Yuyuan Garden.

Room - Room was very spacious; We had more than enough space to open our 5 XL luggages. It was also very clean and comfortable. Beds and linens are clean no visible stains.

Staff - The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't feel any language barrier despite coming from a non-Chinese speaking country. We would also like to commend Hannie for making our stay extra comfortable. She was very helpful with our questions on where to go and even checked in on us even on her off hours.

Cons:

Nothing to say - everything was great! Price, location, comfort, staff - great job!
