Overall pleasant but please change curtains
Pros:

I liked the comfort of the bed and the breakfast.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the curtains didn’t fully close. The larger curtain to block out light was bolted to the top of the rack so it didn’t close fully.

Marvelous place to stay & Alexis was marvelous!
Pros:

Outstanding location. Large room and very clean. Amazing staff, Alexis was truly wonderful person, she bent over backwards on a very busy day, she was a 10 out of 10. the Hotel was very close to everything that was needed.

Location was good, did not have breakfast at hotel

Cons:

We asked for two queen size beds when booking and got one king size bed and a pull out, I believe the vent in our room rattled all night.

Cons:

Una muchacha nos atendió el sábado 13 de junio 2026 eran como las 11pm y fue super grosera, si no te gusta atender a la gente, buscate otra chamba porq esa no es lo tuyo, la odié nos hizo pasar una noche amarga.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I mentioned that the toilet was leaking to the front desk. The maintenance staff member checked it out and said he would fix the next morning if he received a part. The toilet was usable so it was okay.

Overall a pleasant experience, and would consider again for a future stay in Denver.
Pros:

Room was nice, clean, spacious. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, liked the shower amenities (shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc.).
Fast elevator.
Hotel convenient to convention center / Bellco Theater which is where our event occurred.
Secure Parking. Coffee in lobby in the morning.

Cons:

Room 1023 - the bathroom door "stuck" and did not close all the way. Not a big deal for my wife and me, but just a bit annoying. Could have used an extra chair at the table/desk for eating. Coffee machine did not have any regular coffee, only tea pods and decaf. Could have used an extra comfy chair or two-seater couch for watching TV. Room is big enough.

Pros:

Comfortable room in a convenient location. We were only in Denver for one day to visit the Art Museum, so having a place close by was important. Our room was spacious and clean with a small bar to make coffee and use the microwave along with a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved being close to both the museum and Union Station in order to take the A train to the airport.

Cons:

Even though the refrigerator was set low it froze all of our food and drinks.
