We enjoyed the location and how close it was to everything.
The elevators needed to be updated.
Hotel staff was very cheerful and welcoming, provided us waters and a small snack upon arrival. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, outlets on both sides of the bed. Breakfast was top tier, fresh fruit salad, more than one type of yogurt, overnight oats with toppings, eggs, potatoes, 2 different types of sausage, burrito fixings, waffle maker and even though we came down about a half hour before it ended everything was full and the right temperature. Only one request would be flavored creamer BUT the hotel has an entrance to a coffee shop which worked out great. Lots of different food items there too, sandwiches to ice cream. Hotel also has a bar with it. We were going to a concert at The Pinnacle and it was a very short walk from there. They are currently upgrading their elevators.
Parking. You do have to pay for parking and as you know, Nashville's parking isn't cheap. We parked in the lot next to the hotel and the hotel also provided valet service for those that chose that route. There is also a garage, which you have to pay for.
