Staff was great! Breakfast was good.
Elevator under construction so had to wait for them
Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Parking is nearby but pricey, however that's how parking works in big cities We were close enough to walk to where we wanted to visit. Wheelchair accessible room was very accommodating.
the location
The room had a horrid smell and the bed was not that comfy. You could also see through the elevator to the basement. The breakfast was limited compared to other Hilton locations.
Location and staff were awesome
Hot water in the room didn’t work, for the price of the room a freezing cold shower is unacceptable
Location
No pool or outside garden area
Comfortable spacious rooms. Very nice products for your hair and really friendly staff specifically Maureen at the front desk.
Definitely a five star, the rooms are very spacious, clean and new, but the best experience was bartender Branden at the View Bar. He was great and very informative and super friendly. And we just really enjoyed his service. In fact, we even came back from the strip.Just to have drinks at his bar. As an owner of Honkers Pub & Eatery in Lethbridge, Alberta Canada of 29+ years i would hire him as my manager in a heartbeat.
The hotel itself was fine, though the room a little dated. My issue was with the valet parking. They charge almost $80 per day with taxes included, before tips. The parking vendor, PMC, charges the guests directly, and after I received my car at checkout I received an email receipt for the amount of $158.36 for two nights parking, billed directly to my credit card. Today, almost a month later, I received another bill for $156.50 from a parking garage in Nashville. It appears the valets parked my car in a commercial garage and failed to pay the garage itself. I was sent a nasty bill with a photo of my car and license plate threatening to send me to collection if I didn't pay it directly, all but accusing me of skipping out on the parking fee. I called the hotel and asked to speak to a manager and the person on the line simply gave me an email address for someone with the PMC parking company, refusing to let me speak to a manager. This seems like a potential scam perpetrated by the hotel and PMC, sticking guests with essentially double billing for parking of over $150/night. I would certainly avoid this hotel and their parking scams if at all possible and would caution potential guests to carefully take this into consideration before choosing to stay at this property if they are arriving in a personal vehicle.
Excellent hotel. Great location and amazing staff!! Highly recommend if you want a great place close to the action yet far enough to get some rest. Staff is kind, friendly and helpful!
Very nice stay for the price. Clean rooms, lots of space. Jay at the Valet was very helpful and fast and kind. Would stay again
Ms. Dee made everything about this stay perfect. It felt like coming home every night because she was there to greet us. Her warm welcomes and hospitality will be missed! Thanks for everything Ms. Dee!
Service was amazing. Pinkie made me a custom drink because I wasn’t sure what I wanted and I came out so good! Atmosphere was great. Very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
Pinky made us the best iced lattes!!
We let her have creative freedom and she killed it!
Pinky and Michelle were the highlight of my experience. I came in for coffee and they made my whole day! Pinky makes the best coffee I have ever had. Excellent customer service with a smile!
The Vanilla Latte that I ordered was perfect and Pinkie put her own spin on it! The customer service was excellent and refreshing! We will be back the next time we are in Nashville.
PINKY IS THEEE BEST!!!! My girl always has my cup RIGHT to start my day off. Literally the best barista hands down! Always smiling and friendly providing top tier care. Thank you Pinky!!!
