It was by the beach but had to walk up the street and then across to the beach
The Staff was not friendly at all nor helpful! Parking lot was too small and cramped! Rooms were not clean, bedding was not clean! We will not stay here again!

That i had a roof over my head.
Mostly everything. 600$ for 2 nights of this was straight fraud. Ridiculous.
Nothing, absolutely disgusting, our room was filthy and had stains everywhere, the ac vent was also filled with gunk

We loved how close we were to the seawall. Perfect walking distance but not near the loud crowds.
There is 1 elevator so that was kind of unfortunate, but we took the stairs most of the time being the building is only 3 floors. We were on the 3rd floor.
The staff Mrs. Edward's was kind and very polite
Had to change rooms due to my room not prepared or clean at check-in. Having to take our own linen or towels to desk just to retrieve fresh ones.having to go from 3rd floor to 1st floor for ice due to machine broke on 3rd floor.

This place is terrible. No room service on weekends but we arrived Thursday and never received towels or any service at all. Holes in the carpet in our room. This is a low end, run down Comfort Inn.
Breakfast is subpar, no yogurt at 8:30 (no they won’t be refilling it) 3 half rotten apples, empty pan for potatoes so, powered eggs or, meat? The front desk agent this morning is curt, matter-of-fact. Definitely not hospitable. $200 a night for a Comfort Inn you’d think they’d at least be friendly. What a joke.

Maintenance guy was prompt and friendly.
Breakfast was poor. Room needed some repairs and better cleaning. Staff need to be better trained- arrived and had no shower curtain. Went to get more towels and was asked why I needed more. I told her because we had to use them to sop up water from first shower due to no shower curtain. We had gone to ask for one and were told by that person we didn't need one. Second person brought one right up! Kids charged some food to the room and then later when husband tried to he was told they didn't do that there! Handle kept falling off BR door.
