I liked that the room was on the first floor.
The sofa bed was sunk in and very uncomfortable. There were times when the staff seemed bothered that I was asking questions.
it was ok, but could have included more options.
The good thing is the space. The rooms are spacious.
It seems like an old hotel and you can see signs everywhere.
Clean with spacious rooms
Was a fair way away from all the activities
Disappointed that after a long day was looking forward to a win but pool was “out of order”
Location is good. Quiet in the evenings & easy access.
For about 15 minutes, there was nobody at the front desk when we arrived. When they finally showed up, no apology for making us wait. The pool closed & the free breakfast was served at the extremely busy hotel next door. HVAC was very load, waking us frequently at night each time it came on.
The pool wasn’t available
Convenient
They sold my room to someone else so it wasn’t accommodating for our stay
The upside was the friendly desk staff. This location needs some improvement in the maintenance department. The pool is cloudy and has lot of debris and dirt on the floor. The TV in the bedroom was broken. We had to change rooms at 9:30 pm due to the pullout couch not working. To top it off, due to some issue, they could not serve the continental breakfast and you had to go the the hotel next door for breakfast.
It was clean and comfortable
Very practical
From the moment we arrived Leslie at the front desk had an attitude. The hotel was sold out and our room (nor one to accommodate our party) was not available. We booked this hotel 9 months ago and was offered the staybridge as an alternative. We checked in online and Leslie proceeded to argue that we had not checked in online and that’s why we didn’t have a room. She abruptly walked away to speak to her manager on the phone several times and refused to let us speak with Kevin directly. At no point did Leslie apologize for the inconvenience; however she was rude, indignant and did not hesitate to yell at times. We won’t ever spend money here.
The staff was super nice and helpful. Especially the older woman who worked the front desk.
We were supposed to have a sofa bed in our room and there wasnt one when we first got there. Maintenance ended up bringing us a fold up cot. The pool was not open and we were told they would ask if we could use the pool across the street at staybridge, but staybridges pool wasn't open either. We also had to use the BBQ across the street. There was no ice machine, but the guy at front desk grabbed some from the ice they had in the back. The breakfast lady was a little rude. My son has autism and she was trying to tell him not to eat in the food area. All he had done was grabbed a piece of cereal off of his bowl and ate it. She kept watching my kids like they were going to wreck the place. She should have spoke to myself or my husband if she had an issue.
Breakfast was ok
Site was a little run down doesn't appear owners are investing in property
Nothing
Everything! We were asked to transfer to the other inferior /older hotel nearby without any prior knowledge or consent from us
Staff when I got there and when I checked out, were both wonderful. Cleo was so welcoming and very nice. Leslie helped me print out some paperwork and was very nice as well!
The rooms were not nice at all. Dated with holes and scratches and even a smashed bug on the wall in the bathroom. The bed linens had holes in them, and the furniture was very very dated and used.
