Good for the price.
Pros:

The view from the balcony was perfect. Staff were helpful and friendly. Burnt out light in shower was fixed quickly. Easy access to pick up car. The beach was perfect as well as the location adjacent to other areas.

Cons:

After returning home, I saw a free daily breakfast was listed between 8-10 am. I never was informed of this. Hair was found in the tub from previous tenants. Room could have been cleaner especially floor and bath rooms. Pictures show carpeted bedrooms but they were tiled.

Cons:

Poor housekeeping. Beds were not once maid, no vacuum was run, trash was left in bathroom. Everything in the room is outdated and vanity and sink was actually rotting at the floor boards. Showering with a shower curtain laying in the shower is just gross.

Location was perfect , The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
From the front desk to housekeeping to check out very delightful.

The tub was backing up when taking a shower.
My unit had a washer and dryer, but the dryer would take at least 5 cycles to dry a hand full of clothes and the beds were to low and a tad bit uncomfortable for me. I also found a empty can of Red Bull ripped in half next to the sofa in the living room

the view and it being on the boardwalk

Cons:

we witnessed staff being racist multiple times. elevators and vending machines were broken.
the blankets were paper thin even when we asked for more that gave us thin flat sheets. The towels in our bathroom had other peoples hair on them.
