What we liked most about the property was its excellent location and convenience. It was close to everything we needed, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated how friendly, polite, and welcoming all of the staff were throughout our stay, which made for a pleasant experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several issues with our stay. When we arrived, we had to wait over an hour for our room because it had not been cleaned yet. We had also requested rooms close to our family. Initially, we were assigned rooms near each other, but we were later moved to a different floor, right next to the housekeeping door. That area had an unpleasant odor, which made the experience less enjoyable.

The room itself could use some updates. The pull-out couch kept getting stuck, making it difficult to use, and the bathrooms need some attention as well. The light fixtures could be updated, and the areas around the bottom of the sink cabinets showed noticeable wear. While the staff was friendly, these issues made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

The location ONLY!! It is close to everything.

Cons:

The room was old and dirty for the price and to be an Oceanfront room. The refrigerator was broken and constantly leaked water, the lights went out in the bathroom, and we had to flip a switch to make it work, the nights stands and tables were filthy I had to wipe them down.

My room was very clean. The staff were very nice and accomadating. I enjoyed the facilities, as well.

Cons:

I would have appreciated more designated Handicapped spaces, closer to the hotel. I am very upset that I left a medication, that is a controlled substance in my room, and it was OBVIOUSLY stolen by cleaning staff.

It’s in a good location.

Cons:

It’s not really the property, but I wish I knew about the beach renourishment project before we came. The water was very dirty because of it, and we had to go further down the beach to rent chairs.

The location was amazing. It was close to the boardwalk which was a plus with having kiddos!

The room was smaller than I thought it would be. Hardly much room to move around.
