Annex has no coverage to main hotel.
Location, size of room, sofa and chairs. Room had character.
We are tall and so being in the eaves we had to be careful.
The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and good size bathroom. The shower was a great size with a easy to use temperature controller which made getting the right temperature very easy. Great selection of items for breakfast, and very nice cooked breakfast.
The signage on the road was easy to miss and the entrance to the hotel was poor. While there was enough car parking spaces for the hotel, it was a little dis-organised.
Very friendly welcome from receptionist. Comfortable, cosy room. Choice of breakfast freshly cooked with buffet of cereal, juices etc.

Hotel run down. 1980s vibe. Wallpaper peeling off the walls (stairs and dining room). Window in our room cracked and taped. Flex of one bedside lamp not long enough to reach the plug. Grouting missing in bathroom. Water mark on bedside table, no coasters. Room incredibly hot, although a large fan was provided. Had to sleep with window closed due to very loud party opposite and surprising amount of traffic. Dangerous uneven paving stone in garden.
Breakfast very disappointing. Black pudding not fried, only warmed, poached egg tasted of vinegar... All for around £150 for room and 1 continental and 1 cooked breakfast!

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, lovely, helpful staff.
Everything was great!
The one thing that they could do with is an extension cable for the kettle in the room. Had to put the tea tray on the floor also some adaptors for the sockets, had to put my phone charger on the window ledge as there wasn’t a free socket by the bed.
