This was booked in order to visit Little French restaurant and the closest place we could stay, that was reason for book

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Henbury Lodge. My room was in the converted mews, I was very impressed by the size of my room, and the whole place is very inviting.

Breakfast was very well cooked and tasty, I see that other reviews have complained about the sausages, well they must’ve changed their supplier because the ones that I had were lovely. As others have said you have to select your options the night before but it makes sense to do so as the staff are promptly ready with your food.

My biggest props must go to the staff, they were incredibly kind, welcoming and added to the inviting atmosphere. The lady on reception (I didn’t catch her name) was absolutely lovely, such a credit to the team.

A nice and clean inexpensive hotel in Bristol
Pros:

The room was nice and clean, the car park - tight but Ok.

Cons:

The heating in the room was provided by a small DREO device that had a mind of its own: its thermostat was definitely off, and it kept turning off for no apparent reason.

Location was good for me. Room large, very clean.

It was next to a busy road and small roundabout, so noisy if i opened the window. Bed was not the best for comfort but adequate.
