Pros:

Ondanks de verplaatsing van het ontbijt naar een vergaderzaal wegens werkzaamheden in de eetzaal was het zeer goed en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam.
Tevens het zwembad met de daarbij behorende andere faciliteiten zoals de gym en de sauna waren heel fijn.
De ligging van het hotel was perfect.
Net buiten het centrum maar de tram lag om de hoek die je in 15 minuten naar het centrum bracht.
De parkeergarage met 2 verdiepingen was ook heel fijn, zodat je de auto niet op de openbare weg hoeft te parkeren.

Cons:

De schoonmaak van de kamer mag nog iets beter.
Maar dat is ook echt alles.0

Pros:

One night stop over on our way to the airport.

The room could have been cleaner and the fixtures and fittings were all very tired, dirty switches, swollen skirtings, bathroom generally worn.

There was no tea and coffee making items in the room apart from 3 sachets of sugar.

Went for food and ordered a burger, it arrived ‘raw’ like it had been grilled for approximately 10 seconds, was still minced beef and was inedible. This was raised to the waiter and we were given 20% discount on the burger €3.80. Raised this on checkout and was told ‘you had a discount on parking, that’s why’.

The spa was unmanned and fairly basic but ok.

The breakfast was very good but all in all, not what I would expect from Radisson Blu.

A good choice for the pool and if you prefer a quiet neighbourhood.
Pros:

The swimming pool was lovely and had great opening times, good gym, sauna and plenty of towels.

Cons:

The hotel itself wasn’t bad, and the staff was generally kind. However, the extra bed we were charged for as a third guest was completely uncomfortable—there was a hole in the mattress inside, making it unusable for sleeping. That was one issue. Another issue was when we reported that one of the TV remotes wasn’t working—someone came up to replace it but never returned. The same thing happened when we requested extra towels; even though the booking was for three people, we only got two towels. On top of that, we found the breakfast completely unacceptable—not only in terms of selection but also in its location, placed in a conference room with no atmosphere whatsoever, which is definitely not up to the standard of a Radisson Blu.

Cons:

The building was old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was outdated, with mould visible in several places. Even the “new” towels had makeup stains on them. The washbasin drain was faulty, making it difficult for the water to drain properly. Overall, the room was not clean and certainly wasn’t worth the money.
