There were some issues with the AC
A bit pricy, but Arlington is a great place to stay for exploring the capital: well connected, very safe, lots of food options nearby.
No minifridge in the room and no laundry service (only dry cleaning).

Hotel hospitality, housekeeping and service. Hotel was not even ready to honor booking of the breakfast for all 3 adults citing that Hotel only give breakfast to 2 people per room whereas I had paid for 3 adults.

La ubicación cerca al metro y comodidad
Al llegar me pidieron que dejara un depósito de toda la reserva más el cargo básico por si habían daños y el recepcionista no fue tan amable
Well kept, comfortable, and convenient location.
No major complaints. We had issues with the keurig and the drain stopper in our so minor maintenance updates might be needed but overall the property was in excellent condition.

Comfortable room. Very clean. Close to Metro. Can easily connect to IAS airport by metro. Quiet place.
Breakfast is set plate. Not as expected. Don't compare to same property in Asia or Middle East..

Petit-déjeuner le matin. Pas de buffet. Il n'y avait que des menus servis à table. Il n'y avait plus de menu continental (basket of pastries) chaque matin. Ai essayé le porridge : très mauvais. Du coup, nous prenions notre petit-déjeuner ailleurs qu'à l'hotel
Nothing to like, what an awful experience we had.
It was an awful experience, we arrived to the hotel only to find out we didn't have a room because they were overbooked even though we had a confirmed reservation. It really was a inconvenience as we had booked this place for its location and proximity to the event we were attending. We had to go to a different hotel in the middle of the night.
Great location. Staff was very nice and efficient. Facilities were good (though it was a little hard to find and odd to navigate since the elevator setup is unusual). Overall a very good value I was glad to find and I enjoyed staying here a lot. Great access to metro, DC, and Georgetown.
