Ocean Creek Resort

First I would like to thanks the reservation manager Vikram for his talent to convince me to book this hotel I work foe a five star hotel but at ocean creek the service is same. Thanks the reception for a surprise birthday cake for my sister. We have enjoy a lotss

Convinced to shopping/ eating

Very pleasant, quiet and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Excellent service. We stay at least twice a year.

The location was excellent. Being ensconced in the property made you forget you were in a large metro area and allowed for the enjoyment of the beach.
Positives were location, peacefulness, nature and space for money. As a family it was wonderful having a full kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Being able to see the marsh, the tidal changes, and the ocean was absolutely mesmerizing.
Negatives: the condo was clean but not recently clean. There were spiderwebs and dust that were evidence of that. Nothing major just things had been closed up for a bit. The pool attendant for the South Tower was adamant that my twins (19) and their significant others (19 and 21) did not need to be in the South Tower facilities but treated my husband and I totally differently. That was odd but when we were there as a family there were no issues.

The location was great, the views and landscaping was amazing and one of our villas was super nice.

The positives: good location; nice beach and pool;reasonably clean. The negatives: furniture old and tired, only 1 smart tv in entire 3bdrm unit; no dishwashing pods , no dish soap; rooms small and dark; trolley to beach and pool didn't seem to run our first few days and it is a long way to beach from Greens units; downstairs bath was tiny with prefab show which was correspondingly tiny; exercise room was tiny with only a few exercise machines. Overall was very disappointed and would not return.

I love the bar on the beach and the pool we go there every spring break we love it

It was very pleasant comfortable. We had a great wonderful time. . Everybody had their own space. The beach was right there. Thecustomer service was great.

Avoid this hotel if you can help it. We are staying the weekend here for sports tournament. We opted for the Towers over the villa/lodges since the website states they are newer. If this is the definition of new I can't imagine any other onsite properties. We check in go to the pool and there are no pool towels. I wish I had known that. The kitchen has the bare essential pots/pans. They do not stock any tower rooms with paper towels. The difference in bedrooms is noticeable with tvs. Maybe some units are better but I would not recommend North Tower room K6.

Wonderful place to vacate. You will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Kertish . He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. From the moment we arrived all was amazing but we couldn't enjoyed the activities proposed by the hotel due to a girl refuse to give us towel but was giving others. We were disappointed but Kertish went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time.

It’s rare to meet someone like Kertish so dedicated and genuinely caring toward guests.

Because of him, our experience was not just good, but truly memorable. We’re very grateful for his support and would definitely come back again!

Ocean Creek Resort is the place to go. They have everything to accommodate you.

The staff accommodated us letting us check in early. We were staying at another property prior to our stay here and unfortunately changed our location due to unsatisfactory rooms.

The staff was courteous and kind. The room was wonderful. Had all the amenities of home. Enjoyed the beach while we were there. Our grandsons had a wonderful time.

Such a very beautiful view and easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff were amazing allowed prior access to the room to be decorated for my daughter’s 16th birthday.

Everything was wonderful, front desk service was great. Room was nice and clean. Really had a great time ready to come back
