Friendliness of staff on arrival. Cleanliness of room. Comfortable bed & good night's sleep before an earlg flight. The AC worked, sort of. We had stayed in three other hotels in Casa, El Jadida & Essaouira & in all the AC wad not functioning during v hot weather.

Cons:

The menu choices in the cafe - more healthy options needed & more options for vegetarians.

Tired Old Hotel that Needs Some Work

The location was great for an early morning flight. Front reception staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Air conditioning was on but just blew air, rather than providing cold air, even though it was set at 18 degrees. Room was very basic and required some maintenance work, like painting and general repairs for cracks and dings. Not decorated, just a bed and TV. Attached restaurant offered very basic food and was cafeteria-like.
