Fantastyczna obsługa podczas śniadania, ta jedna Pani pozytywnie wyróżniała się na tle reszty obsługi. Samo śniadanie również dobre,
Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, na życzenie wymiana pościeli na świeżą

Jedna z trzech wind nie działa, a pozostałe dwie wzywa się niezależnie, tak więc wszyscy wzywają obydwie. Powoduje to, że za każdym razem winda niepotrzebnie staje na kilku piętrach. Same windy nie są klimatyzowane, więc podróż nimi jest nieprzyjemna. Klaki schodowe również nie są klimatyzowane.
Jedzenie na kolacji bardzo słabe, widok z basenu dobry, ale nic specjalnego.

A lovely stay in a great location
Pros:

Property in a good location albeit at a top of a hill.
The staff were very helpful and dealt with some minor issues very diligently

Cons:

The rooftop pool area was lovely but turning into an evening hang out for dinner only works if you close the pool.
Breakfast was average appreciating that it can be very busy

I will stay again because the location is convenient but improvements in service are needed.
Pros:

Well located. Rather high standard. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Noisy plumbing system which meant we had to change to a smaller room. We weren’t even offered a free drink or some other form of compensation for the inconvenience. Despite being a repeat and frequent guest, there is no acknowledgement of this: a m,membership scheme would be welcome.

Pros:

3 piscine, di cui una a sfioro sul tetto, bellissima. Stanza enorme, era una suite, con balcone dove era presente una vasca idromassaggio.

Cons:

Forse i costi dei ristoranti e della colazione (tra l’altro ben fornita solo per le colazioni all’inglese), cari, ma come tutta Malta d’altronde.

Hotel bardzo w porządku, pokuj komfortowy, baseny czyste i nie przepełnione, jedzenie również smaczne. Piękny widok z balkonu

Cons:

Na koniec doliczono mi 80 euro za rachunek w restauracji w której nawet nie byłam. Więc na koniec taki niesmak. Poczułam się naciągana. 😞
