Très bon sejour
Pros:

La propreté et la grandeur de la chambre ainsi que le grand lit. Personnel très sympathique, souriant et a l'écoute
Piscine en rooftop très belle avec vue sur la mer.
Petit déjeuner très diversifié . Avions pris 1/2 pension. Très bon.

Cons:

Nous savions que la chambre donnait sur atrium mais c'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir aérer et sommes tenus de laisser les rideaux fermés. Lumière obligatoire.
Moquette dans couloir pas très propre aux abords de la chambre.

Should have been much better for us!
Pros:

The rooms were clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. The other guests were respectful, and there were no noisy or disruptive individuals during our stay, which contributed positively to the experience.

The breakfast and the restaurant on the 9th floor were both enjoyable and the hotel’s central location was convenient and well-suited for exploring the area.

I would also like to specifically mention Julia, the Front Office Manager. She was friendly, understanding and genuinely willing to help us regarding the problem described below. She made considerable efforts to find a compromise and assisted us throughout the process. Without her constructive approach, the discussions with the hotel could have been much more difficult and tense.

Cons:

Because the bed configuration on Booking was incorrectly stated as “1 double bed + 1 twin bed” or “3 twin beds,” while in reality we were provided with a standard room containing only one double bed that barely fit into the room, my friend and I misunderstood the room type and assumed that the room would have separate sleeping areas. As a result, we had to book an additional room in order to stay separately.

Although the hotel offered a discount for the additional room upon our request, it was quite limited, and the room provided was of noticeably lower quality. Consequently, our overall accommodation cost increased significantly. Furthermore, the second room we were given had an internal-facing view, overlooking only the inside of the hotel, meaning that there was not even a street view. Since the inconvenience was caused by misleading information on the Booking listing, I believe that, in order to reach a fair compromise, a standard room should have been provided at the very least.

To compensate for the inconvenience and additional expenses, I requested complimentary breakfast for two days, especially considering that we unexpectedly had to pay an amount equivalent to approximately 60% of the first room rate for the additional second room. We were understandably disappointed by this situation. However, despite the Front Office Manager contacting her manager more than five times during the process with her sincere best effort, the hotel was only able to offer complimentary breakfast for one morning.

In addition, the filtered water had a noticeable metallic taste last day, so I requested bottled water instead. The hotel charged €5.25 for a one-liter bottle of water, which, in my experience, would typically be provided free of charge in Türkiye. I was surprised by how strict the hotel was regarding complimentary items, particularly given the premium price charged for accommodation.

The location and access to most places was really good, close to the water and good shops around.

Cons:

We got the no balcony room as that was what was left, no complaints about the room or amenities but compared to the rooms with balcony and the price to value difference a bit underwhelming.

Great stay, I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Loved the location, the pools and the sauna. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with many food choices.

Cons:

I feel like a bar could have worked really nice for the interior pool, and in similar hotels we had a jacuzzi near the interior pool. The other thing that bothered me was the smell of the clean towels, they all smelled a bit too much of vinegar.

Pros:

Hotel położony w bardzo cichej cześci Sliemy. Komfortowy, posiadający fajne zaplecze basenowe (basen odkryty na dachu, basen wewnętrzny), dobrze wyposażoną, klimatyzowaną siłownię i bardzo przyjemną strefę spa. Dużym atutem jest też niezwykle pomocny i życzliwy personel. Duży plus także za urozmaicone śniadania także dla niejedzących mięsa;-)
