Absolutely wonderful and would definitely return.
Pros:

Beautiful property. Traditional, well maintained and lovely big pool surrounded by the luscious garden and fields.

Cons:

Slightly far away from anything so need a car.
Sometimes breakfast ran out of fruit.

La stanza proposta ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ma migliorabile. Dato che è pur sempre piccola, e non facente parte della struttura principale e con bagno senza apertura.

Bella struttura dove è possibile rilassarsi in estrema tranquillità. Possibilità di usufruire di una piscina.
Colazione fantastica

Cons:

Dovrebbe migliorare il rapporto col la struttura balneare a cui si appoggia perché nonostante la receptionist ci aveva avvisato di aver prenotato la postazione al lido, una volta arrivati non risultava nulla e altro che prima fila; siamo stati relegati in ultima per ben due giorni.
Comunque problema non da imputare alla struttura ma a un loro partner

Pros:

Le lieu chargé d'histoire, on s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise. Le personnel très accueillant, la chambre confortable et une salle de bain propre. La grande piscine est parfaite pour faire quelques longueurs. Nous y reviendrons plus longtemps pour profiter du calme et du charme du lieu.

Historical beauty with short distance to beaches
Pros:

The villa (or more accurately it's like an estate with multiple small and large villas) is quite a spectacular one, in the middle of agricultural lands like vinyards and orchards, gardens and farms. A few highlights are:
- The pool, very well kept, clean, comfortable, modern, with sunbeds and enough shade, with a pool bar with food and drinks available to order. Gives the "dolce vita feeling" but still keeping you in nature in a very peaceful setting among trees and flowers.
- The breakfast was really delicious with fresh food options.
- All the decoration and the landscaping in and around the facilities were beautiful. Really thoughtfully designed with traditional pieces as well as grapevines, olive trees and other bushes & flowers.
- Reception and rooms smelled very nice :)
- 6 minute drive to the San Lorenzo sandy beach where you can access free/public beach or great beach clubs with facilities.
- Close to Marzamemi and Noto for night outs or cultural visits.
- Also close to Pura Vita beach club, also a sandy beach and really beautiful sea.

Cons:

Not deal breakers but things that can be improved to enhance the comfort level in the room we stayed in are listed below. Also I'd recommend to book a room with a terrace or balcony if possible. not a basic room as we did.
- Our room had a bathtub in the part of the building where the ceiling is lower, so you could only stand in 1/3rd of the bathtub and this was a bit uncomfortable.
- The room did not have a balcony so it was not easy to get our wet swimsuits and towels dried.
- The floorboards are really noisy when walked on, plus when you stepped on the floor you also create noise in the old wardrobe, as it shudders, it was a bit of a problem especially at night if you don't want to wake the other people up when you go to the toilet :)

Pros:

Colazione abbondante, varia e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Nota di merito anche per tutto lo staff, sempre sorridente e super disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Camera pulitissima, con letto comodissimo. Tutto molto curato. La padrona di casa: una persona squisita, incredibilmente accogliente e attenta a far sentire ogni ospite come a casa. La sua gestione impeccabile fa davvero la differenza.
Due giorni volati, ci tornerò sicuramente!
