I like the nice palace and beautiful room

Cons:

Outdoor Pool is cold and we thought we can use the indoor pool expecailly for kids to enjoy .ans they told us no kids under 16 years of age which we didnt know when booking . If you can amend on website so people dont have this expectation ecpeccially for the kids

Mi è piaciuto la struttura come immagine esterna, non va bene la piscina che era piena di mosche , che chiudeva durante la pausa pranzo, il bar della piscina poco attrezzato e sporco ecc

La struttura è carina con grandi potenzialità.

Cons:

Navetta per andare in spiaggia inadeguata occorre prenotarla il giorno prima è di soli 7 posti e ne passa una ogni mezz'ora....ridicolo se si considera che i lettini e l'ombrellone sono a pagamento!! Cibo terribile e di qualità scadente, animazione inesistente. IL prezzo è assolutamente ingiustificato.

VORREI MA NON POSSO: prezzi e servizi descritti da resort ma realtà da 3 stelle

Baglio storico ed imponente con scorci mozzafiato, disponibilità personale del bar in piscina e della sala ristorante e potenzialità struttura .

Cons:

È una cattedrale nel deserto e rispetto ai servizi descritti sono attivi circa il 50% di questi😱🤦🏻‍♂️: UN SOLO BAR APERTO ed in piscina per cui se prima di cena si volesse un aperitivo bisogna fare km; cantina vinicola chiusa ed anche il relativo bar degustazione con le botti; metà albergo è in stato di abbandono prato giallo, secondo ristorante chiuso, fontana vuota ecc ecc. Dependance SENZA internet/WI FI ne TELEFONO: alla reception prima hanno negato dandomi la password 🤦🏻‍♂️😱 e poi mi hanno detto:” ma l’avete svelata voi la dependance “!!??? La struttura è da ristrutturare (operai ovunque) non era pronta ad aprire e chiede prezzi da resort quando offre servizi da 3 stelle.
