Pros:

Beatrice welcomed us at the front desk. She has exceptional customer service skills and her main goal was to insure our comfort.
The hotel has an on site restaurant and bar . The lady that was both the bartender and waitress was superb. The food was cooked to perfect6. This hotel will always be our go to spot when in the Macon area.

Pros:

It was very clean and the front desk staff was excellent. The beds were comfy.

Cons:

We went down to order dinner from the grill at 5 and we're asked to give them thirty minutes to get our food ready as they weren't set up yet. We gladly waited and when we saw the food was being boxed up we went to pay and the person behind the bar was running around to the kitchen and other patrons. I waited another fifteen minutes for her to get our food bagged and pay. I was hungry and tired, this part wasn't a good experience. Hopefully it was a one time thing, everyone has a bad day.

The staff makes the stay worth it!
Pros:

My oldest attends Mercer University so a hotel right by her is definitely convenient. Especially during the move out of a dorm & into a storage unit just down the road from her. So I liked the convenience very much. And the staff. You have amazing staff!

Cons:

That coffee isn’t available 24/7. It truly was my only hang up.
