A decent stay overall and I would book again.
Pros:

The location is great and was close to my next destination. I didn't have time for breakfast, but it smelled wonderful. My favorite part was how comfortable the bed was. I would book again just to sleep!

Cons:

The wifi wasn't working that well and I didn't want to pay to upgrade for a couple of hours. I just used my hotspot for internet connection. The shower also didn't have much pressure and there was barely any soap left.

Not the friendliest of staff here.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I along with a father and his young daughter came down the elevator at 9:03 am and the front desk staff, had the doors closed to breakfast and when I said, oh shoot can we get breakfast, she said, no it closed at 9 am...I said, oh we missed it by 3 mins, it took that long to get an elevator to the floor. I think an exception could have been made. The check in person rattled off the amenities when I checked in the night before, so fast, like she was reading from a script, because it was just routine to her, which wasn't helpful, I had to ask her to repeat herself, but slower, so I could hear and understand. She did repeat it at a slightly slower pace.

Really worth the value!
Pros:

Proximity to everything. We had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and a jetted tub!

Terrible customer service, no maintenance on site so if something is broken you just have to deal with it. One young girl working while very busy with lots of guests. Terrible

Staff went out of their way to help us. They are amazing!
Pros:

We arrived with a giant moving truck and absolutely nowhere to park it. The very kind manager found a space for us in a nearby lot. What a lifesaver!
