Pros:

It was very near the river, with wonderful views, a walking path along the river, and sitting areas. Glenwood is a very pretty!

Cons:

Staff was rude, and untrained. They attempted to double charge me, and then still had additional charges but couldn't explain why, just said I had to pay it to get my room, and I couldn't cancel.

The location was great. Right off the highway and next to the Colorado river

Cons:

We arrived at 3:30 and was told our room wasn’t available and we would have to wait until 4pm. It wasn’t a huge deal, but other people were able to check in to their rooms before us and before 4 pm. Breakfast was standard powdered eggs and microwaved sausage links. No pool or jacuzzi. You had to go across the stress to the Quality inn.

Didn’t stay here. Had reservations. Got to hotel lady said no room stainless
Pros:

Hard to rate a place that I didn’t get to stay! Book this hotel on Booking.com. Got at Hotel and the lady at the desk said she had no rooms. Gave her my reservation number and she I would have to call Booking.com to see if I could get money back. Will not ever use Booking l.com again

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The temperature control in the room didn’t work correctly. It smelled musty and the door got a handicapped room was soooooo hard to open and heavy.
