We love it! The room was clean and comfortable and very nice customer service place was nice and quiet.
Stayed here while in town for a basketball tournament. There was no hair dryer in the room. Husband had to go down to get one and they said to leave it in the room when we checked out. We were charged $100 damage fee. When we called the hotel to question the charge they said we took the blow dryer! They had not even put one in our room to begin with which is standard. We are IHG reward members. We called IHG directly to get a resolution and they only forwarded the complaint back to the hotel. The woman said she was the GM and they had been short staffed and had cleaned our room herself and it was not there. Either their staff are stealing or the management is. I have never seen such horrible customer service. We have called multiple times and each time are told the GM is not available. She said she was unable to assist us the first call as she had a busy weekend coming up! Would never stay at this hotel again. Still no resolution to this matter that they said would be addressed within 24/48 hours and it has been past that time. Steer clear of this hotel.

Poor WiFi , no pillows and no towels for the pool worker said she didn’t have any of either . I checked out after 2 hours .
Great experience... check in was easy and the lady was super nice. Room was clean and cooled down (I have gone into a lot of rooms where it has smelt musty and humid) all front staff i encountered during my 3 day stay were fabulous. Location was great for the basketball tournament we were there for... they played at three different locations and each location was 10 mins or less from the hotel. They did great with keeping food avaliable for breakfast with having a full hotel. I dont have anything bad to say!

Wasn’t clean had bugs in the room and dirty sheets
Overall my experience wasn’t bad. The rooms are nice and spacious. I reserved two rooms had to switch one room due to the door being broken they handed that quickly. In my other room the refrigerator was really dirty but I didn’t have food so
I brushed that off. I didn’t like that I couldn’t bring in my cupcakes and I was disappointed the sprinkler didn’t work in the pool. Hated the 250 hold fee per room. The kids above me was up so loud til about 3am.
We had big black ants in the room, carpet was dirty, behind couch looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Pool area was disgusting , bed was ok if you were the jolly green giant,staff was crabby complaining about manager being the only one being able to do things on the computer

Hotel is lacking and not a very good representation of the brand. If your room faces the back of the hotel, there is a drive up ATM, so expect cars all hours of the day and night, including folks who want to share their crappy music with the entire hotel (yes, it is all about the bass). Food offerings were spotty with a lack of eggs and cinnamon rolls. Bonus: fire alarm pulled at 9:45 pm (for 45 minutes) and then again at 2:45 am.
The hotel was really strict and a lot of the amenities were filthy including the fitness area and the pool was dirty
