Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Guests frequently describe the hotel as clean and comfortable, though some noted stained carpeting and occasional maintenance issues (doors not closing tightly) that reduce the overall cleanliness impression.
Service
7.4
Service is often praised — friendly, attentive staff, good restaurant team and special care for dietary needs (gluten-free) — but there are multiple reports of brusque or inexperienced front-desk staff and at least one negative attention-related comment.
Location
8.6
Multiple reviewers highlight an excellent, convenient location (near the river, good surroundings and easy access to ferry/attractions).
Room Quality
7
Rooms are described as spacious with comfortable beds, but bathrooms are often noted as outdated or small, fixtures need refurbishment, and some interconnecting/door issues cause noise and inconvenience.
Amenities
8.2
Strong amenities overall — large pool, gym, children's park and on-site restaurant are appreciated. Some amenity negatives include a poorly maintained tennis court (no lighting) and limited pool-side snacks later in the day.
Value for Money
7.2
Many guests find the hotel good value (explicitly called "bom custo benefício"), but billing surprises and a reported failure to honor a discount at check-in negatively affect perceived value for some.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast and F&B are frequently praised for variety and quality; several guests highlight an excellent breakfast and attentive handling of dietary restrictions (gluten-free).
Overall Experience
7.6
Overall impressions are positive — comfortable hotel, attractive grounds, pool and good breakfast — tempered by maintenance issues (old bathrooms, carpet stains), occasional service shortcomings and a few billing/operational problems.

Bom custo beneficio
Pros:

A sacada tambem estava suja.

Pros:

Es un hotel viejo.
Le hace falta una remodelación en profundidad.
Lo único muy bueno ha sido el desayuno y el personal que lo atiende.
