Comodo per il Lingotto. Colazione super
Pros:

Lo staff gentilissimo. Le addette alla reception molto attente alle richieste dei clienti. Lo stesso vale per il personale che cura la colazione. La colazione ricca e varia, anche per la parte salata. Stanza pulita e completa di tutto, solo un poʻ piccola.

Cons:

Letto non comodo.

Pros:

La camera era pulita e in ordine, con un bella vista sul fiume. Silenzio di notte e raggiungibile facilmente da Torino. Lo staff è stato molto gentile

L'hotel in generale ha superato le mie aspettative, dimostrandosi molto meglio di come apparisse dalle foto disponibili sul sito di Booking. Gli ambienti puliti e ordinati, ottima l'impressione della reception, ben decorata, ben illuminata e profumata. Il personale è molto professionale, cortese e disponibile. I consigli forniti su come muoverci e dove poter cenare si sono rivelati ottimi. La camera era molto grande e confortevole. Colazione abbondante e varia.

Cons:

L'unica pecca che posso rilevare è che la camera, essendo al piano terra quasi di fronte alla reception, era male insonorizzata e di conseguenza troppo rumorosa.

Carino ma decisamente migliorabile
Pros:

Posizione gradevole, sulla sponda del fiume. Personale gentile, soprattutto le ragazze della colazione.

Cons:

Parcheggio a pagamento, scoperto e scomodo; sia per accedere che per uscire è necessario suonare ogni volta, quando basterebbe mettere un sensore per usare la chiave elettronica della stanza. Ascensore minuscolo con pulsantiera monumentale (9 piani?). In camera non ci sono pantofole usa e getta, né "Vanity kit", né una bottiglietta d'acqua "complimentary" (pagata 2 euro "on top"). Direi che il Management si distingue per un approccio un po' "cheap", in stridente contrasto con i prezzi praticati durante il Salone del libro.

N’y retournerons pas et ne conseillerons pas !!!
Pros:

L’emplacement par rapport au centre de Turin même si l’accès est très encombré à certaines heures
La vue sur le po

Cons:

L’odeur : hôtel parfumé à excès avec des arômes florale synthétique gênant( sûrement pour cacher un problème d’évacuation )
Réveillé très tôt vers 5heures par des odeurs de cuisson de viennoiseries
Insonorisation passable ( on entend les enfants pleurer)
Dans la salle de bain impossible de poser des affaires de toilette ( aucune tablette aucune étagère)
Chambre tout de même spacieuse
Pas de grand lit unique mais 2 petits côtés à côté donc une délimitation
Petit déjeuner bien achalandé normalement mais devons réclame œufs brouillés et attendre : pourtant 3 personnes au petit déjeuner pour nous servir.
Personnel à l’accueil peu expérimenté
Avons réservé 2 nuits supplémentaires en plus de celles réservées avec booking
Avons payé 20% supplémentaires ( 484 euros avec l’hôtel pour 2 nuits et 405euros pour 2 nuits avec booking
Nous ont réclamé 4 euros pour notre départ pour soit disant 2 bouteilles d’eau
Nous n’en avions pris qu’une
Quelle mesquinerie!
Parking à 10 euros la nuit qu’il vous font payer d’avance !!!! Sinon on on se gare devant la maison du voisin…..
