Clean comfortable stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Food was great & rooms were spacious and comfy.

Cons:

The only issue we had was breakfast was booked time so if you book later you can be stood round as all the milk and juice are empty and staff were busy to keep on top of it. We were on top floor and didn’t have a window to open so it was boiling even with a fan provided.

Sometimes the breakfast staff were a little miserable. The waiting on staff in the evening much better and smiley

Great location. Peaceful. Great breakfast.

Cons:

The food at dinner wasn’t good. I would eat somewhere else if you’re not on foot or seek alternatives near the Nova centre

Family room with Seaview but had people sitting all the time which meant no privacy.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. Very close to the beach which was the main reason for our visit

Cons:

The swimming pool was full, as it's small, meant 3 families looked too full and no enough space to enjoy swimming. No towels provided for the swimming pool.

Breakfast was a let down too, despite having booked the slot in advance took ages to get served or ordered. We could see people who arrived later than is being saved before us. Travel lodge Breakfast is much better than this.

Excellent getaway seaside holiday stay, will definitely book again. Great staff!
Pros:

Breakfast very nicely cooked by someone who knew what they were doing. For dinner had the homemade pizza, good value for money. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit small and enclosed.

Lovely Hotel and staff very nice. Just our issue about dining experience
Pros:

Have visited Beaches Hotel a few times now and find it very relaxing there providing you go in the week.
We left Sat morn and dining room was very busy.

Cons:

The lady in charge of the dining made
comments that were unacceptable and needed to have been made or put to us more cordially. She disputed the time we arrived for breakfast twice and made us feel like naughty school girls. We arrived within the time allotted but she took no notice of what we had to say, surely someone should speak up about this as she was the same last time we stayed.
It’s put us off going there again to be honest

Perfectly Decent hotel
Pros:

I was struggling to find any free rooms anywhere due to the bank holiday, found a room at the beaches. SOunded ok and booked.
Staff were very nice car park was easy to use. Right on the beach and the sun was shining. At in the restaurant drinks and food were fine, a little pricey but thtas expected in hotels.
I found they had a pool and sauna which were very nice.

Cons:

The room was quite basic no aircon and they had a wedding one which really caused quite a bit of noise through the hotel. It didnt go on to late at night but wasnt great as we go to bed early and get up early but we were warned by the staff about it. So cant moan to much.

Pros:

Swimming pool was good for kids, food nice at breakfast and freshly made, right next to the beach.

Cons:

No guarantee of a free car parking spot as people use the car park for the beach, the lady on entrance to breakfast was quite abrupt and staff on reception were slagging someone off and we could hear it all whilst waiting for the lift. Could do with a fan in the room when it's really hot.

A lovely bank holiday break
Pros:

Perfect location and a lovely hotel! Food was great and all staff bar one were brilliant. It was extremely hot and the hotel even got us fans for the room.

Cons:

Just one member of staff, the supervisor during breakfast was a bit abrupt and rude. Other than that it was perfect

Pros:

The hotel is situated next to the beach. Beautiful to sit, have a drink and watch the sea. The hotel is clean. The food and the staff are nice.

Cons:

The room was very small. We couldn't open the wardrobe door fully; it would hit the bed when half way open. The room didn't have an iron, you would have to get one from reception. Limited space no where to where to store our luggage and no fridge. All small things but I felt these were missing. I felt it was a little ridged on meal times, you had to book a time slot for your breakfast and evening meal.
