Perfect for a few nights away by the sea
Pros:

Lovely location right on the beach - great bistro and bar, lovely to sit and watch the sunset. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only thing was the view of the derelict pontins but not the hotel's fault.

Pros:

The staff were very professional. Food was amazing. No fee car park.

Cons:

No coke zero or anything else in cans or bottles. Only pump mixers for drinks, which were flat n tasted awful.

Great seafront stay in a lovely spacious hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

My parents had a lovely spacious sea view room to celebrate my dad’s 90th. There was a lift, breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly. Lots of space in Bar & in the downstairs lounge for our large multi generational group.

Cons:

Seafront hotel with great views but on expensive side
Pros:

Seafront location was stunning with great sunsets. Staff were v friendly. Bar/brasserie and lounge were comfortable & spacious.

Cons:

We booked a 3 adult room for 2 nights for a special family occasion. First night we were given the room above the sauna and although it looked nice no one could sleep because it was far far too hot even with the 3 fans we requested from reception. Underfloor heating ‘on steroids’ . We requested a different room for our 2nd night

Great for a short break.
Pros:

Staff were really lovely. Breakfast was great. Location brilliant if you have a car, which we didn't. Clean room, nice view! Corridors need an update/paint. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you 🙂

Cons:

Pool area too hot, need to air it more. There needs to be a vending machine in reception for cold drinks, snacks etc. Evening Entertainment/music/bingo would be nice 😁 Prices of drinks/meals a bit expensive.

Lovely stay and lovely facilities.
Pros:

Beautiful sea front location and the bar overlooking sea was lovely. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Friendly, cosy atmosphere. Very impressive breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately an incredibly loud and rude group of guests having their wedding at the venue kept us awake shouting until the early hours (but we loved the hotel and its facilities).
Would love to see an affordable dinner, bed and breakfast package.
