The car park has a height restriction of 2.1 metres and a width restriction of 3 metres. The swimming pool is open daily from 6:30am to 9:30pm.
Adult-only swimming is available daily from 10:30am to 4:30pm | Children are welcome to swim from 6:30am to 10:30am and 4:30pm to 9:30pm.

We received a warm welcome on arrival, the staff were very friendly and happy to help. The rooms are clean, and comfortable . Food is good,. The pool and spa were also clean and accessible.

The beach front location was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and the room was lovely. The fact it had a pool and sauna gave it the luxurious feel. The full English breakfast was so tasty and you had a good choice to choose from for breakfast options. Another good factor was that you had until 11am for checkout when leaving. Would definitely stay there again.
I think I would choose a bigger standard double room if I stayed again as it was described on booking.com as a cosy room. It was on the 3rd floor and up in the roof space, we had to keep the window open as the room became very stuffy but it was well equipped and exceptionally clean and modern.
Kids loved the pool. I recommend for the families!
The pool is lovely and noone else was in there when we went in.
The bar staff were very good, dealing with difficult circumastances; the coffee machine was broken and the post mix wasn't working either. They were used to dealing with it which seems odd, quite fundamental things to have in a bar.
The food was over priced and very average.
There was someone playing loud music at 3am on our first night, the night person didnt seem bothered about helping to sort it out.
Everything outside of the lobby seems very tired and needs a bit of a refresh.

Fabulous place, perfect location. On the beach!! STaff were friendly. Room was lovely and comfortable, linen soft and white. Breakfast was excellent and tasty, plunger coffee was OK. Indoor pool great. Everything was perfect. HIGHLY recommend.

We decided to ring the hotel the day before to see if we could book a room for an early stay which we was granted. We arrived the monday an was kept in the same room which was perfect for are entire stay which was till Thursday..the room was luvely an perfectly clean, breakfast menu was outstanding due to everythink that was offered..I had a massarge treatment which was amazing.. We luved are stay from start to finish and will definitely be rebooking again to come back..Best hotel we've stayed at in Rhyl an cant wait to stay again😁😁😁

The location is good for a peaceful stay,the pool & sauna are free to use as part of your stay which was great.
The bar & outside area are great to relax and watch the sun go down the beach is right in front of you,which was so lovely to see.
