Le côté très cocooning de l'établissement. Ils sont vraiment aux petits soins !
La possibilité de pouvoir manger dans la salle des petits déjeuners le soir avec son propre repas et utiliser la vaisselle de l'hôtel ainsi que des jeux, des livres etc. Tout est bien pensé !
La super qualité du petit déjeuner avec des produits frais, faits maison, même bio et une belle gamme de choix.
Franchement cet hôtel c'est un petit cocoon

Ein einfaches Hotel, das in die Jahre gekommen ist. Freundliches Personal gleicht Mängel nicht aus.
Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Über verschiedene Lieferdienste lässt sich Essen aus Restaurants in Montpellier bestellen, allerdings mit längerer Wartezeit.

Cons:

Trotz der sehr netten, höflichen und zugewandten HotelmitarbeiterInnen, möchte ich kritisieren:

Der Empfang ist nur bis 21:00 Uhr besetzt, danach erfolgt der Zugang über einen Seiteneingang. Einen Aufenthaltsraum gibt es nicht, und der Frühstücksraum wird abends abgeschlossen. Ein Restaurant ist nicht vorhanden; abends kann man nur Essen bestellen. Von der Pizza, die ich bestellt habe, würde ich abraten.
Das Hotel liegt nicht zentral, sondern an mehreren Ausfallstraßen Richtung Montpellier. Es gibt eine Busverbindung, ohne eigenes Fahrzeug ist der Weg in die Stadt dennoch umständlich. Von außen erinnert die Anlage an ein amerikanisches Motel, mit einer Holzverkleidung im Stil eines schwedischen Hauses.
Mein Zimmer hatte etwa 12 m². Das Bett passt hinein, ein Schrank fehlt. Es gibt eine Garderobe, auf der sich das Gepäck aber nur schwer unterbringen lässt. Dusche und WC sind durch eine dünne Wand vom Zimmer abgetrennt, auch die Wände zu den Nachbarzimmern sind dünn.
Der Duschgelspender war leer. Der Föhn ist bei der Benutzung durchgebrannt. Beim Betreten riecht das Zimmer stark nach Reinigungsmittel. Da am Fenster kein Mückengitter angebracht ist, kann man es wegen der Stechmücken kaum öffnen.

Petit déjeuner au top et gérante très agréable.

Cons:

Très mauvaise insonorisation qui ne nous a pas permis de nous reposer, nous étions au RDC proche de la porte d’entrée de nuit. Les entrées et sorties nous ont réveillé très régulièrement.
Les chambres situées à l’étage doivent être mieux !
