The location is unbeatable! The food is amazing and every single staff member is so friendly it makes our stay more memorable
Location was great
Room wasn't clean, turned on fan and got showered in dust. This beach hotel does not have any beach towels.
Room was lovely with a view over the loch. Staff were very helpful, we had an issue with the TV but they went out of their way to sort it out. Food in the restaurant was really nice.

The views and the loch beach were great with good safe swimming; not too cold. We were lucky to be there during warm weather.
Restaurant was a bit like a canteen. That may be as we were in the dog friendly area.
The prices for drinks and food were very expensive. The food was good but not worth the prices charged. We noticed the same in all tourist areas in Scotland. We pay less in England, particularly for drinks, in comparable restaurants / hotels (we live in SE England).
