We stayed at the Kenilworth Hotel Kolkata from October 29, 2026, to November 1, 2026. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff are very attentive and caring. The bed linens and bathrobes were snow-white, and the rooms were cleaned and towels replaced every day.

So lovely to be back after many years, I've stayed in this hotel numerous times since 1980!
Pros:

Nice buffet breakfast with plenty to choose from. Lovely to sit in the outside garden restaurant where all the meals were excellent and Rahul and his colleagues tended to our every need! Cleaning was excellent with very pleasant staff, Ayesha took such good care of us.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the tea station was well stocked. The cleaning staff were most obliging and efficient . Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Some of the staff managing the restaurant could do with some lessons in hospitality. On numerous occasions we were turned away instead of the staff trying to accommodate our requests. The
