Ready to stay when we got there. Room was great. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Rain water ran almost 2 inches deep at the parking spot.. but would rather it run on down than to stand still

Pros:

Dirty, they had bedbugs in 2023, I read, unfortunately, we had paid 4 days already. My husband had stayed there before and he said it was cleaned hotel under previous owner. They don’t vacuum all around the room and by the small table there were crumbs all over the floor. I grabbed what seemed to be a bug and it was a live larvae. The halls smell so musty and humid. The lady upfront very rude. We left after the first day and they charged us for two. They are bad news. Don’t stay there is my re commendation.

By far the best Inn at Branson!
Pros:

The Inn was clean, smelled fresh, beds were comfortable, shower was nice with soft water, it was quiet and the air conditioning was great. The breakfast was very good and the staff were professional and courteous. We have stayed at other Inns in Branson and Scenic Hills is by far the best. We plan to book here again on our next trip to Branson! Thank you!

This is a good place to stay, it is easy to get to any place that you would want to go to.
Pros:

Always like staying here. It is easy to get around to where we want to go. Very polite and friendly staff.

Cons:

There seemed to be and odor in the hallway. The breakfast menu needs to be improved. The sausage was hard and dried out, the gravy was watered downed and wasn't eatable. Their needs to be more variety.
