Great establishment our second time staying here, will definitely be back.

First Visit to Canada!!!
Pros:

Location was a short distance off the beaten path, but definitely doable by foot. Free parking is hard to find, so a lot of walking. We had a one time $20 parking fee at the hotel.
The staff was very pleasant, always greeted and told to have a good time on our way out.
The area around the hotel was typical city. A block away was a pancake house ( we probably wouldn’t go back) service good food just okay. Across street was a convenience store.
Room was clean, a little outdated, I would probably rebook if returning for the price.
We had the last room at the end of the hall-quiet!!!

Overall, our stay was very good! I would stay here again in future for sure! My favorite part was the complimentary brea

Staff, cleanliness and location

Cons:

Our bathroom sink was draining very slowly! There’s more than likely a clog in it. The smell of the air freshener or cleaning solutions the cleaning staff uses are very strong smell wise. My boyfriend has allergies and sensitivity to chemicals so we had to immediately open the window and hotel room door to create wind tunnel to get some fresh air moving through.

Climatiseur ultra bruyant. Odeur de vieille cigarette et de moisissures. Lit aussi dure qu’une planche de plywood. Literie sale. Douche petite et aucune ventilation. Chambre deux lits Queen ultra petite. Télé des années 90.

We will not return to this hotel.
Pros:

The fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

The hall floors were not clean. The young lady at the front desk was not at all friendly. When you sat down in the bed it squeaked. The breakfast area was far too small for the number of guests. The bathroom needs an update: replace the toilet paper holder which was rusty, the outside bottom edge of the bathtub was dirty/mildew. The EV charger was not working although advertised at the property.
