Will not stay there again
Cons:

The bed was too small and the plugs were in a spot that was practically impossible to access and having a veteran pay for parking is an insult.

Booker beware
Pros:

The location was close to attractions but still had to drive to get to most places. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast staff did a wonderful job keeping everything stocked and cleaned.

Cons:

The room was very dirty and dingy. The walls and the floor were gross and the tables/end table/chair were in poor condition. The beds were uncomfortable and the pool towels were nicer than the ones in our room.

Our room was by the elevator and each floor it would make a ringing noise which could be heard in our room. Also doors opening and closing and guests talking loudly all hours of the night. I understand that this property is not in full control of other guests but the soundproofing was lacking.

Eravamo stanchi, stanza pulita , bagno anche

Cons:

Ci sono mille strutture attorno alle cascate, questo hotel oltre che di aspetto davvero povero e’ lontano , sala per la colazione brutta sembra una mensa, cibo il minimo indispensabile

Awful bed, great laundry
Pros:

Staff were friendly, laundry was great value and convenient. Location was great and parking easy.

Cons:

Needs maintenance. Bed was broken and so uncomfortable you were like falling into a hole. Management need to try sleeping on it. Air conditioning was very noisy, the fridge was all iced up in freezer and bathroom door was sticking and tiles were lifting
