Pros:

Location was great and the suite was perfect for our family. Making breakfast in the room allowed us to get a jump on the day. The gym had enough weights and machines to get a good workout and my son enjoyed to pool. Parking is a bit pricey but found a cheaper lot around the corner. All in all a great stay in Vancouver.

Great pool, spa, size of room. Friendly door staff. Location great. Excellent cleaning staff.

Cons:

The pull out sofa was terribly uncomfortable and the noise coming into the apartment from the emergency vehicles was excessive. I understand this is part of staying in the city. The master bedroom wasn't better for noise reduction but our kids slept in there.
The sofa bed was not made up on our arrival and we had young kids so this was a bit annoying as it delayed getting the children to bed - considering we didnt arrive until.7pm.

Spacious clean and comfortable!
Pros:

It was lovely and big enough to accommodate our group! Lots of amenities and great location. 🤗

Location was very good, central to all attractions

Cons:

On arrival we were initially told that we may not have a room as we had been classed as a 'no show'. We originally booked 3 nights hoping for an early check in but as this was not guaranteed the hotel suggested we book an additional night, We decided to book 4 nights instead to ensure our room was ready on arrival around 7am and paid the full balance a few weeks before hand. At no point did the hotel tell us to let them know we wouldn't be checking in til the following morning and as we had already paid i was disappointed they then said we were classed as a 'no show'. WiFi was poor and didn't allow us to use whats app or access our e mails. Hotel could do with double glazing as the outside noise was very loud.

Pros:

The location was good, very clean and bed so comfortable

Cons:

Traffic noise on lower floor but expected in downtown location. Barking dog in an apartment on the same floor was annoying. When I mentioned it to staff member didn’t seem to want to challenge the apartment occupier

A fun get away, perfect for families
Pros:

Upon arrival the front desks sent 4 kid sized robes to the room for our children to wear. It was a sweet touch and they loved it! They also had our baby’s crib set up for us before we arrived.

Cons:

The interior could be renovated a bit. Wall paper peeling, missing carpet in spots but it was nice. The beds were not comfortable at all but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Parking is super expensive. Our card was charged $78 USD for self parking and that is crazy.

Pros:

It was very spacious and clean. The staff were great and very friendly and helpful.
The unit i rented was nice and well taken care of. The common spaces were beautiful.

Cons:

A little pricey to eat at the restaurant but lots of restaurants close by.
The sirens and ambulances and fire trucks made it very noisy but it was quiet at night.

Luxury Suite was great
Pros:

The suite was ideal for a longer stay. There was plenty of storage and the kitchen facilities were well stocked. We enjoyed being able to sit at a dining table for some meals and relaxing on the couch. The self service laundry was also a bonus. The IGA close by was useful also.

Cons:

The suites are close to emergency services and they were very active. Saying that it did NOT interrupt our sleep. Just very noticeable during the day.

We enjoyed the stay and the hotel is in a great centralized location
Pros:

Service was very good from everyone. Whenever we asked for something, they were quick to respond.The bedroom was comfortable and the adjacent restaurant attached to the hotel was an excellent place to eat.

Cons:

Location was extremely noisy form police and/or ambulances all day and night making it difficult to stay asleep.The unit was somewhat dated and wall paper peeling in places. Sofa bed in LR was very hard and uncomfortable. There could have been a few more items for kitchen such as microwave, paper towels and few items for cooking. Hot Tub was only partially working with only 2 or 3 jets functioning and steam room was closed and being repaired.

Cons:

Room and hallway In Sutton Residences were very outdated and worn looking. Chipped baseboards and wallpaper, dated kitchen and room decor. Microwave was dirty.
