I enjoyed staying at this hotel and appreciated being downtown with so many amenities close by.
Pros:

The hotel was very welcoming with someone always at the front door to greet us with a smile. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious plus were kept very clean each day of our stay. I would stay at the Sutton Place again next time the opportunity arises to travel to Vancouver. The location was very central and walking distance to most places we visited.

Cons:

It was above my budget so a more affordable rate would be much appreciated!

Pros:

こちらのホテル(バンクーバー)1泊して、トロント→エドモントン→バンクーバーと戻ってきて、再び、こちらのホテルに宿泊しました。
フロントの方の笑顔もとても感じがよく、お部屋もタイプ違いに泊まりましたが…どちらも清潔感あって落ち着いて宿泊できました。立地も中心部にあるため色んなお店があり、イングリッシュベイに向かうバス停前には、雑貨やお土産を取り扱っているお店を見つけていたので(日本人オーナーなのか、日本語で求人案内してあったので…妙に安心してしまいました)最終日にまとめて買い物をする事が出来ました。
また🇨🇦に行く事があったら、是非泊まりたいホテルの1つです。

Cons:

海外旅行した際には、記念として…自分宛に葉書を出すようにしています。
これまでは、どこの国でもフロントで切手を手配する事が出来たのですが、フロントでもホテル内のコンビニ?!でも取り扱いなく、紹介されたドラッグストアにもなかったです。今後、取り扱いあると嬉しいと思います。

Spacious well located Hotel 2 bedrooms suite with living, dining room and kitchen very nice

I have to complained because housekeeping did not make the bed properly and the towel hanger were unscrewed from the wall

Great location and tidy property. Not as high end as I was expecting but very comfortable.

Fire station being so close meant waking up regularly to sirens. In house restaurant menu and pricing no good and too expensive.
