Perfect for families, staff were super helpful and friendly
Chambre familiale fonctionnelle, propre, accueillante. Personnel de l'hôtel s'est montré à l'écoute à tout moment, accueillant et disponible.
Le concept de l'hôtel est plaisant pour les petits et les grands.
Le quartier n'est pas rassurant (riverains, fréquentation et insalubrité).
En suggestion, un système de fermeture pour la salle de bain serait appréciable.
The room was spacious with two bunk beds and some cartoon characters designed. The staff were kind and friendly.
Very Disappointing – Not Suitable for Families
The hotel was so disappointing that the only thing I can say is: if you are travelling with your family, do not even consider staying here.
The facilities were practically non-existent, and the cleanliness was extremely poor. There wasn’t even a small refrigerator in the family room.
When booking, it was stated that parking was available. However, when we arrived, we were told that the parking was limited with extra cost and there was no space available. As a result, I had to pay €45 for just one night at a car park about 10 minutes away.
The noise was also a major problem. There was a lot of noise even at 1 a.m., which made it very difficult to get a proper night’s sleep.
The hotel is located in a very crowded, noisy, dirty, and uncomfortable area of the city, which in my opinion is absolutely not suitable for families.

Struttura direi "di design"! Ho soggiornato in una camera familiare immensa con un letto matrimoniale e due letti a castello (me ne ricordavo solo uno!) ad un prezzo fantastico. Pulitissima, ben arredata e fornita di ogni cosa (compresi i set di cortesia per le scarpe e la cuffia doccia). Bagno spazioso e comodo e dotato anche di specchio x il trucco/barba. Sala biliardo e sala playstation, deposito bagagli eventuale, terrazza enorme con vista! Acqua gratis (altrimenti costosissima fuori) anche ai singoli piani. Personale super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta o esigenza. Molto carina l'idea dei fumetti. Si può arrivare in centro con un quarto d'ora, venti minuti a piedi oppure prendendo i mezzi vicinissimi. Parcheggio privato da prenotare preferibilmente con anticipo. Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei sicuramente.
Essendo vicino alla stazione, la zona non è bella ed è mal frequentata. L'auto assolutamente da mettere in un garage (ce ne sono tre nelle vicinanze, noi l'abbiamo messa a 10 minuti a piedi in un garage -Indigo- che aveva costi equi).

L'ambientazione è molto originale, dedicata al mondo del fumetto franco-belga. I corridoi e le stanze sono disseminati di disegni e vignette. È anche possibile comprare dei gadget a tema.
L'albergo si presenta come un vero e proprio labirinto, si fa fatica a trovare la propria abitazione o raggiungere le varie aree. La zona della città è disordinata e rumorosa.
The reception they are friendly and helpful
The location it's was dangerous for us they broke our car, and they stole a bank card and car key and documents. i hopefully the hotel has private parking more spaces for next time .
