Will return when next staying for work in Coventry.
Pros:

Breakfast was plentlyful, well cooked and good quality.
Room was clean and well decorated, bed was comfy.

Cons:

Wait for breakfast on first morning. Serving staff were apologetic for the wait though.

Pros:

Room was clean. Free parking and the breakfast was great. Hassle free check in and checkout.

Cons:

The room was too warm; Noise of vehicles on the road nearby. Couldn't sleep at all. Moreover the fire alarm went off at middle of the night for apparently no reason. and every one had to come out; I has the most terrible nights in the recent past.

The bed was comfy.
Pros:

Location and ease of getting to where I wanted to be.

Cons:

The manager is rude and has an aggressive and unwelcoming tone about her. Her people skills were poor. The check in process was uncomfortable. The receptionists themselves were lovely.

Room was lovely, hotel looks to be undergoing a refurb in certain areas so will be interesting to see it complete if stay again!
Breakfast was lovely, a nice range of cold items and a good selection on the menu to pick cooked items from.
