There were a few things I didn’t like, but the one thing that was the worst was the sleeper sofa. It was like you were laying on the metal springs alone.

Customer service, the “renovations” aren’t great

Very dirty rooms

We had lotion where the soap was supposed to be. Long brown hair hanging on the clean bath towel. All the soap containers, shampoo and everything was empty when we got there. Floor dirty.

I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with my family's stay at your hotel from July 23 through July 26. This was our first time visiting your property, and after taking time to reflect on the experience, I feel compelled to share just how unacceptable the conditions were.

To be clear, my concerns are not directed at your staff. Throughout our stay, your employees appeared overwhelmed and understaffed, yet they remained patient, courteous, and did their best to assist guests. The problem lies with the condition of the property itself and the apparent lack of investment in maintaining basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort.

Upon entering our room, we were immediately met with water leaking from the air conditioning unit, leaving water on the floor. This is not only an inconvenience but also a potential safety hazard. As we continued to inspect the room, the issues only became more alarming. The sofa was broken, the cushions were heavily stained, and several cushions contained burn holes. The blankets, towels, and washcloths were also stained, making them appear unsanitary and unsuitable for guest use.

The condition of the room was so poor that I was forced to spend my own money purchasing sofa covers, blankets, towels, washcloths, and other necessities simply to make the room comfortable enough for my family to stay in. As a guest paying for accommodations, I should never have been placed in a position where I had to purchase basic items to compensate for deficiencies at the hotel.

In addition, the ice machines were not working, and the microwave in our room was visibly rusted. These are not minor inconveniences. They are signs of a property that has been neglected and is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation. I find it unacceptable that guests are charged premium rates while being provided accommodations that are poorly maintained and fail to meet basic hospitality standards.

The smell was terrible, smelt like mildew and cigarettes, phone was dirty, sink wasn’t cleaned and had hair in it, shower rod was broken the tub spout was super lose, sofa had burns in it, bed hard as a rock, the AC was almost to the ceiling and I had to stand on the bed to turn it on, towels were dirty, on the phone it read room 309 and I was in room 308 so if I needed room see I e it would e gone to room 309, all in all it was a horrible experience and will never stay here again
