Important information:

This property will not be supplying cookware and eating utensils until further notice. If reservation is secured by an advance deposit charged to a credit card, both credit card holder and credit card must be present at check-in. Free parking with every room, one vehicle per guest room, any additional vehicle's will need to be parked at a near by parking lot, parking lot rates will apply. Early check-in can be arranged for after 12:00 noon and is subject to availability. An additional early charge of USD 35 will apply for early check-ins. Guests can also check out at 13:30 hours for an additional fee of USD 35. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day only. During the College Beach Weekend event, guests will be required to wear wrist bands for security purposes and special rules and conditions will be imposed upon all guests during this event. Guests wanting to inquire about the special rules and conditions may contact our property for full details.

Guest must be a minimum of 21 years of age in order to book, unless Active MilitaryGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was okay overall.
Pros:

The staff and the parking wasn’t bad it was good…

Cons:

I wish the pool was bigger and my AC would’ve been colder..I just don’t think it was worth the price I paid $269.00 all together…

The staff and location of the hotel is great.
Pros:

The staff at the receptionist desk are all very kind and caring. The location of the hotel is very good. It's right in the middle of all the action. It has a view of the beach and a view of the main road.

Cons:

The only issue was that the floors in the rooms were not clean. You have to wear shoes in the room. My one-year-old's feet turned black after walking around without shoes for about 10 minutes. There was lots of sand, which is normal for a beach hotel, but it just seemed as if it wasn't cleaned at all.

It was the worst stay we ever had at any hotel.
Pros:

There was nothing to like about this hotel other than the location and size of the room.

Cons:

We got to the hotel and oir kids went to the room first while I was checking in. They came back down immediately and said the room was 100 degrees and no AC. I told the guy at the front desk and asked why wasn't the AC turned on before we got the room. He gave no explanation but said to turn on the AC and wait but it never got cold and they confirmed the AC was not working so they said we had to switch rooms. I begged for a refund and planned to go to another hotel but was denied because we stayed in the room to see if the AC would work like we were told to do. My kids were sweating and my son who had multiple open heart surgeries was struggling to breathe in the room and it also smelled like smoke. I could not confirm a refund for the second night so I didn't book another hotel in fear I don't get a refund so we stayed both nights. The new room was cooler but was very dirty and the ceiling had a water leak in the bathroom. Once we got to the cooler room, my son asked for blankets and they gave him a sheet and said they don't have blankets. The guy handling the situation was rude and don't care about customers and I was never allowed to speak to a manager as there was no manager on site. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall I like the marks, it’s spacious the rooms are big enuf and bought my own cooking stuff they don’t supply u with

The marjac is in a perfect place close to everything

Cons:

The shower handle was broke and was laying on side the tub the floor is always dirty stayed there a few times just make sure to wear slippers or footies , the sofa bed had no linens and when I went down to front desk no one was there

Run down hotel, I’ll never stay there again. Totally embarrassed.puting my family there!

Couldn’t get the main TV to work, sofa bed dirty and no linens, had to stand on bed to adjust air conditioner, coffee pot broke, light fixtures falling out of wall. Single elevator broke during visit.

Not stay over clean out. Not responde with stuff. Short of towels, bathroom there was water leaking. Bad smell. Everything looks old Not like in pictures at all.
