Room was not cleaned the entire 6 day stay. Housekeeping did not get the trash, did not change the beds. They didn’t do anything but knock on door and ask how many towels did we need and they only did that twice. The front desk agent was rude and dismissive. However the maintenance man was polite. We were going out to boardwalk and walked through the lobby where hotel staff was yelling and arguing with each other. Very unprofessional.

I would not touch that pool. And there is one single, overworked, elevator for the entire hotel. So, be prepared to wait and get personal with strangers. And the ac returns in the hallways smell terrible. Also, the floors are so dirty that every one of my kids feet were charcoal black within an hour of being there.

One tv wouldn’t come on and the wouldn’t connect

The sofa bag that was supposed to be used for a pull out, but like you were sitting on straight springs, the couch itself was dirty. One of the people that was doing the cleaning was constantly complaining that the guest had no common decency because they were getting water on the floor and then talking about how his wife was messing around with someone else, which I didn’t feel like that was needed to be talked about by the cleaning crew.

The pool had a homeless guy showering in it and it didn’t seem like anyone cared

They mentioned cookware & utensils are provided in room, but it is not available. Taps are broken in bathroom. Ventilating fans are running with a problem.

I stayed in room 409. The couch was filthy with stains and cigarette burns. The hair dryer didn't work and when I requested another one, I was ignored.

I honestly don't know where to start here. As I have never been one to write a bad review about a place, the fighting for the towels every day just to have enough for the 4 of us to shower had me heated. House keeping only gave us 2 to 3 towels and 1 to 2 wash clothes. One night we didnt receive any at all and another day the guy at the front desk wanted us to bring the dirty towels down before he'd give us new. That day house keeping took the dirty ones from the night before. The next day we didnt get enough towels nor did they take the dirty ones, clean the floors, or the bathroom. When we put the pull out couch out, we were appalled at how dirty the sheet was. It definitely wasnt changed from the previous guest. We ended up not evening staying our last night and just headed home. The fighting for a parking spot was a pain and the nozzle for the tub didnt working correcrly.

Sheets weren’t clean, doors looked like they’ve been busted in, not the cleanest, has lots of potential.

Rooms was dirty. Hallway and elevator dirty.

Rented three rooms in one room. I would have to give a 0. 205 TV didn't work. It took 2 days to fix the patio door, which would not open. Once you went on the balcony, you were stuck. Had to get maintenance up to fix it twice. The room was not clean, and there were no pillow cases. The second room, the ceiling, was leaking in the bathroom maintenance came and just replaced the tile. Room dirty, no pillow cases, and no towels. I had to borrow the broom to sweep the dirt and mop the floor. The third room was fine the way a hotel room should be given yo a customer. I've stayed at this hotel for the last 10 years and I have to say this is the worst I've seen it . Prices are a little more, and the cleanliness is depressing and deploying.I hope they can figure it out.

Second time staying there in 2 years and BOTH times the elevator was not working. Lamps in bedroom did not turn on. Room door wouldn't close all the way at the bottom. Some pillowcase and towels were stained.
