Marjac Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront

Couch was very uncomfortable. No table, no clocks. No mirror in bedroom. We stayed 5 days and our room was cleaned once. We had 6 people and they left us 3 towels and 2 washcloths. Had to ask for them every day. Also had to ask for toilet paper and coffee. Bags had been gone through when we returned to the room. No parking because non-customers park there. Will not be staying again.

We arrived at 4:00 p.m. at check-in time but rooms were not clean yet causing us to stand in line for 2 hours just to check in, even after checking in, our room was still not clean until about 6:45 so we had to stand outside of the room while they continued to clean.
It was clear that there were issues with getting it cleaned because one gentleman that worked there that had been cleaning the parking lot came in and told them there was a problem and then whispered something and then a housekeeper came in and then they started to argue along with two other people that were behind the desk. So all together there were five people standing behind the desk arguing about something and I felt that that was very unprofessional. We were standing in the lobby trying to check in along with about eight or nine family guests trying to do the same thing.
I would suggest putting a broom and dustpan or a Swiffer dust mop in the rooms because sand easily gets tracked through and It is very hard to keep out of the sheets and furniture when trying to relax.
This is a hotel we normally stay at when we come to Virginia Beach which is every year, but we will find a better place from now on.. I'm definitely willing to spend a bit more for a more comfortable stay. Honestly, it was the hotel staff that was arguing in the lobby showing very little professionalism or even consideration for all of the guests that were standing there watching.

I like the hotel rooms it has two different rooms

The room were not cleaned, water DID NOT WORK, NO TV SOUND BED LINEN STAINED THERE WAS A SMALL WINDOW IN THE BEDROOM THAT AOMEONE FROM OUTAIDE COULD LOOK INSIDE YOUR ROOM. IT WAS JUST AWFUL. The whole experience was a nightmare. I only stayed because they threatened to charge me 300.00 dollars for cancelation fee. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

I didn't like that if it rain there is no indoor pool. Check in was a little longer but they were so busy.

Waited to hours to check into an uncleaned room. Mold, rusty microwave, stains on sheets, hand soap everywhere, food from previous guest still in fridge. We didn't even stay. Turned in our keys and went to another hotel down the road. Never again.

Towels were filthy and stained and no one cleaned the room or brought fresh linens even though we were assured it would be taken care of.

The hotel has only 1 elevator for all 7 floors. It's small and outdated. It takes a very long time to come pick you up. The only alternative is a treacherous 7-flight concrete stairway to come up and down with your luggage. There were always a lot of people waiting for a small (4-person max.) Also, my check-in time was scheduled for 4 pm. I didn't arrive until 7:30 pm, and my room still wasn't ready. I had to wait about 45 minutes before they finished cleaning my room.

Le bruit extérieur les clients ont pas de respect,un peu salle ils ont dû réparer la poignée pour la douche si non elle tombait ,mais c’est la faute au femme de ménage il font pas leur rapport pour les réparations et il nettoie pas comme il faut .

Sand in the hallway, kids need to rinse feet, adults also.

Cleaning people forgot to clean that toilet

Nothing! Very dangerous & nasty dirty! Did not stay. Extremely dangerous!!!!
