Personal úžasní. Vsetko bolo fajn- uzili sme si 11 dni.

Cons:

Terasa kde sa ranajkuje , obeduje a aj večeria, by mala predne stoly chranit pred slnkom.
Kava na izbe, voda- zdarma.
Vstup do mora- pre starsich ludi- hrozné. Schody strme, kratke, proste clovek starsi ma problem, nehovoriac o vozičkaroch.

Die Lage ist so gut! Und die gesamte Anlage Traumhaft schön !

Für einen Preis von über 300 € pro Nacht hatten wir deutlich höhere Erwartungen.

Bereits bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass Handtücher kostenpflichtig sind. Diese Information war vor der Buchung jedoch nirgendwo ersichtlich und kam daher sehr überraschend.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, was grundsätzlich schön war. Leider ließ der Zustand des Zimmers jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Die Dusche war an mehreren Stellen verrostet, die Warm- und Kaltwasserregulierung funktionierte nicht richtig und die Lüftung im Badezimmer war defekt. Da das Bad kein Fenster hatte und lediglich durch eine Schiebetür vom Zimmer getrennt war, blieb nach der Toilettenbenutzung häufig ein unangenehmer Geruch im gesamten Zimmer. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist das nicht akzeptabel.

Auch das Leitungswasser war auffällig stark gechlort. Es gab keinerlei Information darüber, ob es zum Zähneputzen geeignet ist. Als Alternative blieb lediglich das kostenpflichtige Wasser aus der Minibar, was wir ebenfalls nicht angemessen fanden.

Besonders enttäuschend war die Situation am Strand. Direkt am Meer, unmittelbar neben dem Hotel, lag dauerhaft ein starker Gülle- bzw. Fäkaliengeruch in der Luft. Dieser war sowohl auf den Liegen als auch beim Baden im Meer deutlich wahrnehmbar und hat den Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt.

Auch die Poolregelung war für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Der Pool schließt tagsüber für mehrere Stunden und darf erst ab 16 Uhr wieder genutzt werden. Zudem ist er nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet. Bereits gegen 18:30 Uhr begann das Personal jedoch damit, alles zusammenzuräumen und vermittelte den Gästen deutlich das Gefühl, den Poolbereich verlassen zu sollen.

Als Alternative wurde uns gesagt, dass man sich stattdessen jederzeit am Meer aufhalten könne. Aufgrund des starken Geruchs war das jedoch keine wirkliche Option.

Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht.

We arrived for a two-day stay. When we received the room, it turned out that the air conditioner was not working. It happens. (The temperature outside is 34 degrees). Two things were asked of the staff; to admit that there was no air conditioner, and to move us to another room. Instead, they initially tried to convince us that the air conditioner was working (apparently the laws of physics in the hotel are different 😜) When it turned out that there was indeed no air conditioning, we were given an air-conditioned room (and an upgraded one), but with the condition that tomorrow we might move to another, regular room. We agreed on the condition that the other room would be air-conditioned. The next morning we received a message that the room was booked and had to be vacated. But we would wait until noon for final approval. This meant for us to pack our suitcases again for the move. By the way, the air conditioner did not work in the alternative rooms either 😡. At noon, we finally received a message that we could stay in our room until the end of our stay. In summary: heartache, and a waste of time on moving between rooms
