Clean, comfortable, and great value for money — a perfect stay in Tokyo.
Pros:

My partner and I travelled from Brisbane, Australia and had a great stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Ueno East. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable which made it easy to relax after a long day exploring Tokyo. The amenities provided were also very convenient and thoughtful. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever needed. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location and offered super value for money.

遅い時間のチェックインになりましたが、さっと対応してもらいました
部屋の中はスリッパが設置され、外履きを脱いで入るスタイルだったり、室内のソファは夫と２人でゆっくりくつろげるサイズで居心地がよかったです
ルームウェアはセパレートタイプで着心地よかつたです

Cons:

洗面の水受け部分に点状のシミのようなものがあり、自分がしたと誤解を受けたら嫌だなぁと思いました

The staff were very helpful, kind, and warm throughout our stay. While I understand that hotel rooms in Japan are generally small, this room was extremely tiny and not comfortable at all. Two adults could barely move around freely inside the room.
