Excellent Value in a Convenient Ueno Location
Pros:

Hotel Mystays Ueno East is located in a quiet neighborhood while still being very central. It's only a few minutes' walk to Ueno Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. There are also plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping areas nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach.

One thing I really appreciated was the range of complimentary toiletries. The hotel provides not only the usual essentials but also a great selection of skincare products, which was a nice touch.

The only downside was the late check-in time of 6:00 PM. However, we worked around it by spending the day sightseeing before returning to check in, so it wasn't a major issue. Another minor inconvenience was that, despite there being three guests in our room, we had to repeatedly ask for an extra set of towels each day.

The room was small, which is typical for Tokyo hotels, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Considering the location, amenities, and overall experience, I found it to be excellent value for money and would happily stay here again

Świetny hotel - warto tu zamieszkać
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest idealna, bowiem znajduje się zaledwie 7 minut piechotą od jednego z głównych węzłów komunikacyjnych Ueno Station i ok 12 minut od Keisei Ueno Station (transfer na lotnisko NRT jednym pociągiem Skyliner). To jest świetna baza wypadowa do wszystkich atrakcji Tokyo. Najlepsze jest to, że pomimo usytuowania w dogodnej komunikacyjnie części Tokyo, to hotel jest jakby nieco na uboczu w cichej uliczce. Hotel jest czysty i posiada wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. Personel jest miły i pomocny. Śniadania są genialne!!! Nie spodziewałem się, aż takiego wyboru lokalnych i pysznych specjałów na śniadaniu, zaś personel w sali śniadaniowej to osobna historia - są świetni, bardzo profesjonalni, przyjaźni i pomocni! Przyznam, że podczas mojej ostatniej podróży byłem w Tokyo dwukrotnie w odstępie kilku dni i znów zrobiłem rezerwację w tym hotelu.

Ueno istasyonu ve Ginza hattındaki istasyona çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Asakusa'ya da 1 km yürüyerek varabiliyorsunuz. Ueno merkezine de yaklaşık 1 km yürüme mesafesinde. Sessiz bir sokakta. Soğutma iyiydi. Ancak çok ses çıkarıyordu.

Otel girişinde çok fazla basamaklı merdiven var, herhangi bir rampa yapmamışlar. Yaşlı, engelli ve ağır eşya/valiz taşıyanlar için zorluk çıkarıyordu.

Hell de hotel
Pros:

Da água gelada do banheiro, que tomamos banho. Estava tanto calor, sem ar condicionado, que nem reclamamos da falta de água quente no banheiro.

Cons:

O quarto era extremamente pequeno, a ponto de não ter onde colocar as malas. No pico do verão em Tokyo, com temperaturas batendo nos 38°, não tinha ar condicionado e deram um ventilador de 20cm após reclamarmos por dois dias. Tanto o hotel quanto o Booking não fizeram absolutamente nada. As acomodações eram velhas, a pia estava remendada com durex, a limpeza do quarto só arrumava a cama e colocava as toalhas. Não deram um copo de água. Foi uma péssima experiência parabonvalor pago.

Ottima posizione, vicino c'è una fermata della metropolitana e la stazione ferroviaria di Ueno. Vicino ci sono molti locali, ristoranti e supermercati. Vicino al Parco Ueno dove ci sono musei e attrazioni interessanti. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

Come in molti hotel giapponesi, nella stanza il letto matrimoniale era attaccato al muro da un lato e per terra c'era la moquette. X entrare nell'albergo ci sono dei gradini abbastanza scomodi per i bagagli.
