A carefully curated luxury experience in a beautiful city
Pros:

Luxury suite, private spa, very good breakfast, the bed sheets are beautifully smooth and silky, and some of the furniture and fittings are delightful.

Cons:

We enjoyed the location but some might prefer something more central

Pros:

Personal súper amable, hasta hilo y aguja me dieron porque se me rompió un vestido. Nos recibieron con algo de beber cosa que agradecimos mucho porque llegamos de noche y teníamos sed.
Nos llevaron la maleta a la habitación, al día siguiente pudimos dejarla en consigna todo el día, el check in fué super rápido. La habitación PRECIOSA, con un baño super cómodo y bonito, impecable!!!

Cons:

Está a 20 min andando hasta el centro, cruzando varios puentes, es lo que se debe tomar en cuenta si se viene con maletas.

Restful spot in wonderful city

Die Lage des Hotels in dem ruhigen Stadtteil Dorsoduro ist wunderschön man kann viel zu Fuß erreichen und der nächste Bootsanleger ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Einige schöne Restaurants in der Nähe. Unser Zimmer war traumhaft schön, wie in einem Palast

Cons:

Es hat drei Tage gedauert bis man es geschafft die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer komplett auszustellen. Uns war es viel zu kalt und man konnte sie nicht auf Heizen stellen und auch nicht abstellen. Ab Tag 3 hat es dann geklappt
Das Frühstück ist nicht unbedingt mit dem Standard anderer großen 5Sterne Hotels zu vergleichen.

Pros:

Le personnel est extrêmement agréable,accueillant et réactif.
L'hôtel est vraiment somptueux, les chambres sont grandes et très confortables.

Ce n'est rien comparé au prix global mais ça décourage d'y aller surtout pour un sauna et un petit bain chaud.

Breakfast is aways fabulous and the head waiter is simply lovely. So kind.

Just that it was already quite warm, but the aircon did not work yet. It was ok when leaviing the window wide open at night though.

We've stayed in Venice 4 times and decided to try a different location--and we were not disappointed! Our room had a canal view, which I think is a must when in Venice! Our check-in was seamless, and our room was perfect! And the gorgeous historical courtyard was such a bonus....and we caught it right as the wisteria was blooming!

Exceptional staff service who are incredibly welcoming, pristine cleanliness and comfortable room. The Hotel has a convenient location walking distance from main attractions and restaurants. Location is very close to the ferry and waterfront.
