Vraiment super sympa.
Pros:

L’accueil est vraiment top, le personnage est vraiment sympa et toujours petits soins.
L’hôtel bénéficie d’un petit jardin tout à fait sympa et un spa très agréable.
Des chambres sont aussi très bien, ce n’est pas un grand hôtel avec 500 chambres, et c’est vraiment très appréciable de trouver ce petit bonheur un peu comme chez soi dans ce beau Venise.

It is a nice place but if you need their help they are useless and quite rude!
Pros:

Size, comfort and beautiful garden.

Cons:

The staffs was not very helpful. We just wanna change the payment method they can’t help us! What a poor customer service!

A carefully curated luxury experience in a beautiful city
Pros:

Luxury suite, private spa, very good breakfast, the bed sheets are beautifully smooth and silky, and some of the furniture and fittings are delightful.
