Location is very good - right in front of one of the canals. Reception area is very interesting, like the little old castle, very nice. The room was amazing, designed very well, with nice colouring, and window to the beautiful garden. Breakfast was very special, we liked it a lot!

La habitacion muy comoda y llena de detalles, el desayuno fantastico y el personal del hotel todos muy atentos y super amables. Recibimos un trato insuperable para hacer que nuestra estancia en Venecia fuera inolvidable. La zona es muy tranquila y está relativamente cerca de todas las atracciones que ofrece Venecia
La ventana de la habitacion daba al jardin y si corriamos las cortinas para tener intimidad nos quedabamos con muy poca luz en la habitación
Gute Lage des Hotels in ruhigem Viertel, aber trotzdem schnell an den wichtigsten Punkten. Schöne und geräumige Zimmer.
Leider haben wir vom Hotel keinen QR-Code bzw. Bescheinigung über die Touristensteuer erhalten und mussten bei einer Kontrolle mühselig ein Formular ausfüllen und uns durch viele Seiten klicken.
nettes kleines Hotel, direkt am Kanal , fzu Fuß in 10 min. sind Restaurants und Bars, man kann gut mit dem Taxi bis San Basilo fahren und hier 5 min. zu Fuß bis zum Hotel. Das Hotel hat einen netten kleinen Garten im Hinterhof und man kann hier auch für einen Drink verweilen. Ansonsten plüschig, rot und schön wie man sich Venice vorstellt. Zimmer sind modern und Badezimmer sind sauber und modern. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Great location close enough to walk everywhere but away from the throngs. The garden is lovely, staff helpful. Decor nice throughout the hotel, we had a very small terrace off of our room (26) but it had high walls and no view so we didn’t use it. I’m sure a room at the front would be lovely overlooking the canal! Nice toiletries in the bathroom and very nice robes and slippers. Overall a very pleasant stay but pricey.
It’s only a small design fault but the kettle and coffee maker were on a top shelf and plugged in behind so they couldn’t easily be moved. So it was virtually impossible to use. I didn’t like the space saving wardrobe / fridge set up as it was not in character.. There was hanging space but no drawers and very few hangers. The bathroom was very small and L shaped so hard to navigate and you had to almost walk through the shower to get to the toilet, it was an ingenious use of under stairs space but not that practical!
