La atención del personal, la limpieza y el desayuno.

Cons:

Que para ingresar a la recepción desde la calle se debe subir escaleras, lo cual dificulta el acceso si tienes maletas grandes, tienes problemas de rodillas o vienes en silla de ruedas. No hay ningun anuncio que te indique si hay opciones de ascensor desde la calle a la recepción.

Une bonne adresse proche de l’aéroport et bien desservie pour aller à Madrid
Pros:

L’emplacement proche de la station est impeccable. Un quartier avec bcp commerces (restaurants, supérette…etc). Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et propres. Le staff est très professionnel et aimable, une mention spéciale pour Béatrice 🙏

Lo cogimos de paso al tener un evento en Madrid durante el día. Tenía una habitación amplia, bien equipada, con muchos detalles y con una cama y almohada muy cómoda. Me encantó el detalle de dejar un limpiador y abrillantador de zapatos, me vino de lujo.

Location, safe and very close to train station, bus and center of city.

Cons:

It was requested a room with 2 single beds, but was given a room with a double bed. That was not a huge problem in my case.
