Charming hotel in historic building.
Pros:

It's right in the middle of the island old town so a few minutes walk to many restaurants & bars.
There was secure parking for my motorbike just 3 doors from the hotel entrsnce. Expect the old town charm of really narrow stone paved streets.
The staff were really welcoming and super helpful.
The shuttered windows did a great job of keeping the early morning sun out.

Sentir a cidade como um residente local.
Pros:

O melhor do hotel é a sua localização no centro histórico. Ao sair do hotel sentimos imediatamente a animação. Os interiores fazem o apelo à história. Poderia ter uma atualização, mas também entendemos que não é facil alterar muita coisa no centro histórico. A adaptação destes locais ao turismo é gradual, nota-se algum esforço dos residentes da área no sentido de aceitar os visitantes estrangeiros, o que é bom. Sentimo-nos sempre seguros. O pessoal é atencioso e simpático.

Cons:

O tema do hotel é apelativo, embora na minha opinião pudesse haver um "refresh" na imagem. Entendo porém que possa não ser muito fácil, os espaços são pequenos e seria um desafio. Para quem gosta de pequenos almoços abundantes, poderá sentir-se um pouco limitado nas escolhas. Para nós funcionou bem.

Run down. It advertised parking. Parking is non existent and you just use street parking.
APA in room not working, tiles in floor loose. Tiny room with barely enough space to have suitcases

Esperienza perfetta
Pros:

Sono stato in questa struttura per una notte e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. La reception è disponibile 24 ore su 24, una comodità fondamentale, soprattutto perché sono arrivato molto tardi (intorno a mezzanotte). Nonostante l'orario, mi hanno fatto il check-in senza alcun problema, con una grande professionalità.
La stanza era bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e ben arredata. Un plus inaspettato è stato trovare addirittura due balconi, un'ottima sorpresa!
Il prezzo era assolutamente onesto per la qualità della struttura e del servizio. Inoltre, la colazione era inclusa nel soggiorno, anche se, purtroppo, per motivi personali e di orario non sono riuscito a fruirne. Ho però apprezzato molto che lo staff, sempre gentile e disponibile, mi abbia svegliato all'orario da me richiesto con una chiamata in camera, dimostrando una grande attenzione e professionalità.
Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Fiorenza, la titolare dell'hotel: una persona incredibilmente gentile e attenta. Mi ha supportato anche in un problema personale, dimostrando una disponibilità che ha superato le mie aspettative.
Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura, che mi ha offerto un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Ci tornerò sicuramente sperando in vacanza!

Usurato e il letto matrimoniale in realtà erano due letti singoli (nemmeno legati tra loro) che si aprivano in due!!! Frustante!!!

Pros:

Direi nulla. La posizione è ottima però bisogna attraversare la città vecchia: di sera da brividi.

Cons:

Colazione pessima. Cosi come i prodotti da bagno. Personale assente. Pessimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Doccia scomoda.
