Muy buena ubicacion
Beach view. Convenient. Check-in was a breeze. Staff were very responsive. Any issues were promptly addressed. They allowed for an early check-in with no pushback. No nonsense kind of folks there. Just practical, good people there.
As with a lot of places on the strip, rooms could be updated with some more modern technology, larger TVs, rear door to beach balcony would not latch due to rot on the latch (only could shut door with deadbolt.
The view was nice, and the beds were comfy.
We stayed in the kitchenette deluxe, and the restrooms were not spacious. My brother got stuck on the balcony because the door wouldn't open. We asked a staff person that in near to help and he was so rude.

We ask for a wake up call on our last night and we didn't get it.

Easy access to beach and boardwalk
AC could be better but I understand it was a hot week.
The manager was Janeane or Janet can’t remember for sure was very patient and accommodating trying to find us a room that wasn’t over hot or humid for the children.
The AC systems is extremely outdated. The rooms have black mold because of the excessive humidity levels. You should always keep your rooms at 40-50% and these were at 85%. This creates a health hazard and is unsafe. I bought a dehumidifier so the room would be safe for the children. The only reason I rated as high as I did was because of the managers help. The staff was friendly and nice. I will never stay here again and if you have small children I would not recommend it due to humidity in rooms.
The location was great for us! We usually go to the end near the inlet to fish and was convenient to even closer!
The only thing we didn’t like was no water in the unit for a few hours. But that is always something that can happen and not of the resort’s choosing! But was back on when they said would be!
Also maybe think about adding a small sofa that can pull out to a twin bed or even a full. I think that would give you more flexibility on offering more room in the units!

The location is towards the end of the boardwalk and was a peaceful area. This property is close to Rudee Inlet, which is a quick walk for a few seafood restaurants and the boat rides.
The air in our room did not work well. We could not get the room cooler than 78 degrees.
Clean rooms, sheets, etc. The location is great the part of the beach it’s on is great.
Pool was closed the day we were there because of on and off raining and they open it at 10 which means we didn’t get to enjoy the pool unfortunately. They don’t have tap to pay! One thing I just expected but had to figure out a way around. The whirlpool button on our in room hot tub didn’t work. The rooms are quite old so in the summer the AC isn’t as great.
