Had to make the best of a bad situation, will not be back.

The sink didn’t drain away, when I reported it I was told it was on a list of things to do. No picture on tv, again nothing done about it. No shower, just a bath which I struggle with. Bar not open yet private party going on till after midnight. Lift not working.

From walking in was like a building site,
Once in my room the toilet was full off pee and over flowing nearly
Stains on the bed
Had a very bad smell in the roomss
Windows packed all around the frame ( with tissue) to try stop the breeze coming in/ cold
Everythink in the room was dirty

I left and booked else were once i cancelled my stay for 3weeks time there the staff made it very hard they duidnt accept the cancellation....
They lied making out i hadnt tryed to cancel my room.
This then lead to alot off calls to spain talking tosomeone from booking. Com
