Sentimo-nos enganados e lesados pela forma como o serviço de transfer foi conduzido.
Às 21h, ligamos para o hotel avisando que chegaríamos por volta das 22h ao ponto de encontro da van, no Terminal 1. Fomos orientados a ligar novamente quando estivéssemos no local.
Chegamos e ligamos às 22h30. Nesse momento, ao solicitar o transfer, a atendente informou que o valor seria de €25, e não €5 por pessoa, apesar de sermos duas pessoas. Essa cobrança contraria claramente a política informada pelo próprio hotel, segundo a qual o serviço custa €5 por pessoa até as 23h.
Quando ligamos pela segunda vez as 22:30 ,fomos informados de que a van já estava a caminho. No entanto, ela só chegou às 23h10 — ou seja, após o horário-limite usado para justificar a cobrança mais alta. Temos a impressão de que o hotel aguardou a chegada de outros hóspedes que viajaram conosco, transferindo para nós o custo e a consequência dessa espera.
O mais frustrante é que, no retorno, o trajeto entre o aeroporto e o hotel levou apenas cerca de 10 minutos. Portanto, não havia justificativa razoável para a demora de 40 minutos após nossa ligação às 22h30.
Esperamos uma explicação e a cobrança correta, de €5 por pessoa, conforme a política divulgada pelo hotel.
The staff no helper they are not friendly
Close to the airport, shuttle service to and from the airport each way (unlike in the U.S., the shuttle service isn't free, but cost a modest 5 euros), very pleasant and helpful staff, room & bathroom was completely updated & immaculate. Didn't have time for breakfast before leaving for my flight, so I can't judge that.
position- you need to use the shuttle service to get to the hotel from Malpensa Airport less than 5 min drive, the hotel is in a small village with cafeteria and market 10 mins walk, staff friendly, room clean

Breakfast was great for the price. Staff was very nice and even when I had to wait in the lobby next day, they had no problem with it and it was supercomfy there
I would love to have coffee/tea machine at the room but not necessary.
