מזעזע. נורא. לא שווה לשלם להם.

חשבתי הרבה מה אהבתי אבל כלום ושום דבר. גרוע ביותר. טעות לקחת שם חדר.

לא אהבתי כלום. נתחיל בצוות, הגענו ושאלתי איפה יש מרכז פתוח שאפשר לקנות בו כמה דברים. הגענו ב 19:00 והסבירו לנו שהכל סגור ויש להגיע למילאנו אם רוצים לאכול- שעה נסיעה. או לאכול פיצה ליד. שטויות ומי שעובד שם יודע שחמש דקות נסיעה יש מרכז פתוח עם חנויות וסופרמרקט גדול פתוח. הזמנתי בטעות חדר עם שתי מיטות והציעו לי חדר עם מיטה גדולה. שמחתי והסכמתי. בחדר כמעט ואין תאורה, המזרון מזעזע בלתי ניתן לישון עליו, וכריות גבוהות שאי אפשר לישון בגללן. חדר נכים כך שהמקלחת כל המים יוצאים. עובש על הקרמיקה. מקלחון שרואים עליו אבנית. שיער שחור קצר שהיה על הקרמיקה בקיר המקלחת- לא שלנו. לא נקי… נכנסתי כמעט החלקתי במקלחת, והמים לא יורדים. יתושים שעקצו פלוס לגלות בבוקר ששילמתי יקר ביחס למה שקיבלתי ועוד - כנראה טעיתי- ולא הזמנתי ארוחת בוקר… 12 יורו לאדם זה מוגזם…. בקיצור מלון ישן לא מתוחזק טוב, צוות לא נעים- היה 37 מעלות חום בחוץ , המזגן לא עבד טוב, ולא הגיע איש לבדוק למרות שירדנו לבקש עזרה. לא להתקרב.

Cons:

The shuttle service charges 25 euros after 11pm. My son waited for the shuttle since 10:00pm… one passed by full so he was unable to board… they collected him over an hour later charging 25 rather than the standard 5! Not happy about this! Seems like standard tactics for this hotel. Doesn’t sit well with tired travelers who just want a bed for the night.

Camera confortevole e pulita, i letti e i cuscini sono sempre i più comodi mai provati in qualsiasi altro hotel. Personale gentile. Abbiamo avuto un gradito upgrade della camera.

Cons:

La navetta per l'aeroporto non è garantita, anche se in reception dicono di sì. Una volta che ti prenotano sei certo di averla, ma spesso al momento della prenotazione, che puoi fare solo al momento del check-in e non prima, ti dicono che non c'è posto.
