Lokasi, transport umum sampai dengan jam 6 sore, naik taxi dari bandara tarifnya 115 euro, ada layanan antar jemput dengan waktu dibatasi harga 5 euro dan kita harus telpon dulu, padahal kita tidak punya pulsa untuk menelpon tidak ada whatsupnya, hotel ini tidak cocok untuk traveler mandiri karena tidak ada mini market dan restoran yang dekat, kami megeluarkan biaya banyak untuk transport agar sampai ke hotel ini

Cons:

Hotel ini katanya dekat bandara tapi untuk mencapai ke hotel ini memakan biaya besar, transport umum sampai dengan jam 6 sore, taxi dari bandara sekitar 115 euro ada yg lebih, ada layanan antar jemput biaya 5 euro tapi waktunya terbatas dan harus telpon dahulu dan kami tidak punya pulsa, tidak cocok untuk traveler mandiri selain transport mahal, mini market dan restoran tidak ada yang dekat

La persona del restaurante ha tratado muy mal a mi esposa por haber ingresado a un área del restaurante que después del escandalo le ha informado que era un ares restringida sin tener alguna aviso.

Adiciónal hemos pasado una noche con mucho calor, pues el aire solo esta habilitado hasta las 10 am

Ibis e’ sempre una garanzia

Cons:

Il servizio shuttle a 25 euro per soli 20 minuti dopo le 23 invece che 5. Da aggiornare o indicare meglio. Su Booking in un commento appare diversamente.
La televisione non prendeva bene i canali.

very nice place to stay if you are landing late or leaving early
Pros:

The location for the airport Malpensa is very good. There is a shuttle every 30min from 5am to 11pm for 5eur/person/trip that gets you to and from the airport in about 10 to 15min. (better to foresee some cash for that if you can, although you could also pay by card).
The rooms are nice, with a TV, a wardrobe, a desk and a bathroom. As we arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning, I can't say much more about the other facilities that the hotel offers because we didn't use them, but overall, the place looked nice with a bar, a babyfoot and a pool table on the ground floor.
The staff we encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. I forgot my phone at the reception, and they kindly asked the shuffel driver to bring it with him on his next trip, so I managed to get it back at the airport.
