not pleasant at all.
Pros:

The room was not clean; most the stuff that in the room was opened already , bathroom was not clean at all there is hiar in the shower all over the floor. The hotel outside had a dirty sidewalk, not clean at all; trash all over the sidewalk, for first time i have seen the MGM property like that it was disappointing.

Overall decent if all other 5 stars are booked out, but probably wouldn't stay agaiif I had a choice

Decently sized rooms and big bathroom, clean, nice view

Cons:

Not a true 5 star. Not a huge fan of MGM generally, feels commercial, they tried to downgrade our room because they said they were overbooked but then finally gave us the room we were meant to have. Rooms are fairly basic, no sit down breakfast place, room service at breakfast is very cheap (brown bag, everything is throw away stuff), not the most central location.

Pros:

Conveniently located and valet.

Cons:

Room not ready til 530. Not acceptable. Too expensive for that. Wasn't offered even freeplay for the inconvenience. Spa and fitness/pool center closed. This was not told to us prior to arrival.

The hotel itself was great, service not so much.
Cons:

Check in online the day before. Requested early check in. Arrived at 12:30, clerk said room would not be ready in less than a hour. Did not get in roon until 2:30. 7th floor hallway was loud and uncontrolled all night.

Pros:

Cons:

I waited 2 5 hours for a room. Paid for an upgrade when I arrived just to be told after 1 hour it wasn't available. Had to have a staff member get a manager to get a room.
