Property Access: Please note that there are several steps leading up to the main entrance of our property. Additionally, the elevator providing access to the guest rooms is not able to accommodate full-size wheelchairs.
Payment Policy: We kindly inform you that cash payments are not accepted at our hotel.
Late Arrival Procedure: If your check-in time will be after 11:00 PM, we request that you contact the hotel before 10:00 PM on your arrival day to let us know. If prior notification is not received by 10:00 PM, a late check-in charge of up to £50 may be applied, at the hotel's discretion.
Dining Update: Our restaurant is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be closed. This means we will not be serving breakfast or any other food items during this time.

Great location for the theatre we had a balcony with lovely views of the sea very clean and great staff always willing to help
Trying to find 24 hour parking or any parking was quite difficult
Breakfast Not available. The dining room was supposedly undergoing refurbishment but there was no sign of any work proceeding. So no breakfast or other meals available
The staff were pleasant, polite and friendly
The bar overpriced the drinks - a J2O ( equivalent) was £3.40. A double brandy £10
The bed was uncomfortable
It was not possible to have a bath as we couldn’t switch the mixer tap from shower setting.
The room was cold with no means of heating

The poor condition, half-way house ambience. Appalling bathroom. Lack of modern conveniences (TV with more than 4 channels), no usable power sockets.
This hotel needs to wake itself up to the fact it's the new millennium, never mind 2026.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating, the small pub was excellent!
