Property Access: Please note that there are several steps leading up to the main entrance of our property. Additionally, the elevator providing access to the guest rooms is not able to accommodate full-size wheelchairs.
Payment Policy: We kindly inform you that cash payments are not accepted at our hotel.
Late Arrival Procedure: If your check-in time will be after 11:00 PM, we request that you contact the hotel before 10:00 PM on your arrival day to let us know. If prior notification is not received by 10:00 PM, a late check-in charge of up to £50 may be applied, at the hotel's discretion.
Dining Update: Our restaurant is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be closed. This means we will not be serving breakfast or any other food items during this time.

Lovely room great value for money
A very nice place, close to the famous mermaid beach. Our room was very nice and clean.
We booked a room with sea view which I definitely recommend!

The hotel is somewhat tired in places.

Very run down
Very nice hotel on the seafront with a nice lift to take you up. Rooms were very good with bathroom and extra storage space. Again the owner was very helpful in accommodating me with a special request. If you're down these neck of the woods and have got a Chunnel or Ferry then I would recommend this hotel and also Folkestone as a whole as the walk along the Leas was very pleasant.

I had no hot water my bins was empty my old milk cartons etc hadn’t been renewed wee stain around the loo no bedside plugs had to ask for an extension lead to run my sleep aid very poor indeed.

The shower water pressure was low , no air conditioning.
Зручне розташування,15 хвилин пішки до пляжів,рядом знаходиться Sainsbury,було спекотно спати вночі але трішки виручав вентилятор ,дуже привітний персонал,номер чистий.Добре для короткого перебування.
