Property Access: Please note that there are several steps leading up to the main entrance of our property. Additionally, the elevator providing access to the guest rooms is not able to accommodate full-size wheelchairs.
Payment Policy: We kindly inform you that cash payments are not accepted at our hotel.
Late Arrival Procedure: If your check-in time will be after 11:00 PM, we request that you contact the hotel before 10:00 PM on your arrival day to let us know. If prior notification is not received by 10:00 PM, a late check-in charge of up to £50 may be applied, at the hotel's discretion.
Dining Update: Our restaurant is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be closed. This means we will not be serving breakfast or any other food items during this time.

We had a great time there the staff were so friendly and attentive could'nt wish for more plus we had and excellent sea view, breakfast was amazing,

The views are amazing, especially in the early morning, and there are plenty of shops in the area. The staff are also very friendly, approachable
Parking is challenging due to the restrictions and limited availability of spaces. It’s also been very hot because of the weather. Although the hotel kindly provided a fan, the room still feels quite warm.
Die Lage zum Strand ist echt gut und auch die Nähe zum Terminal des Eurotunnels.
Von zwei Zimmer, die wir hatten, lag eines an der Rückseite des Aufzugs - einfach nur entsetzlich, keine Nachtruhe, da der Aufzug bis 2 h nachts und ab 6 h im Einsatz war. Von Dusche kann nicht die Rede sein, man konnte in der Badewanne nicht gerade stehen (Dachschräge) und musste die Handbrause selbst festhalten. Es war entsetzlich heiß in den Zimmern, klar, ist der Außentemperatur zu verdanken - aber vielleicht wäre ein Ventilator etwas hilfreich.
The location of the hotel . The view from the window .The room was clean & tidy ,the hotel is a little dated but you get what you pay for has it isn't overpriced.
The lift has it is very dated & small . The panelling to the stair case makes it look less desirable & dark as the lighting is on a censor .
No fan in the bathroom . Difficult to park & expensive outside the hotel .

Equipe très sympa.
Chauffage trop fort à l'étage en plein mois d'août, fenêtre avec sécurité donc en mode fermé, très difficile à tenir entrouvert.
Die Lage ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Die Ausstattung ist alt, Fenster lassen sich kaum öffnen, keine Klimatisierung, die Dusche liefert nur einen geringen Wasserstrahl.
Das Mädchen an der Rezeption war sehr nett!
Das Sollte abgerissen werden...
es ist total runtergekommen...Parkplätze wären auch hilfreich!
