Pros:

Location of hotel was convenient to train station and shops! Room was clean.

Cons:

We were given a room right next to the coffee machine so it was noisy as people would gather for coffee and the machine would be grinding beans for coffee. The coffee station was open till late evening so it was noisy till late. Front office was able to move us to a quieter room the next day, thank you.

Encantador personal
Pros:

Todos fueron muy amables e incluso para realizar el check in, ya estaba listo todo. Hicieron todo muy fácil la verdad, pero sobretodo el personal es muy amable y también me gustó que podíamos escoger cositas de limpieza a la entrada 😍

Pros:

La camera, seppur piccola, era pulita e ordinata, come anche il resto delle parti comuni dell'albergo. La camera silenziosissima. Il personale sempre molto gentile. Ci hanno aiutati a spedire le valigie all'altro albergo di Kyoto. Nella Hall dell'albergo si trovano prodotti da bagno forniti gratuitamente. Un pulman ci ha condotto dall'Aeroporto di Haneda facendo fermata dinanzi all'ingresso dell'hotel. A fianco dell'hotel c'è una fermata della metropolitana e poco distante c'è la stazione.
Nella zona ci sono bar e ristoranti per mangiare.

Pros:

I already submittled a review when we stayed there 8 - 10th of April. It was very central and easy to get to trains and we loved Cafe Veloce over the road. Seven eleven was also close. The staff were great and they were all very kind and helpful. The table with all bathroom items is a great idea.

Cons:

The room was too small for my daughter and I. I should have confirmed it to be a double room with two beds. A one bed room was not at all suitable as we couldn't move. It was only on our return the second time that we were told it was a single room.
