We've visited Japan several times since 2006; this hotel always a favorite.
Pros:

Location was wonderful, friendly staff, great breakfast & appreciated that our son (who lives in Tokyo), could pay to join us for breakfast. Amenities in the lobby is a great idea; unlike our previous visit to Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku. Also appreciate that the hotel is a pick-up spot for Airport Limousine.

Cons:

Really cannot think of anything that was not acceptable. A very comfortable hotel to stay in when first arriving to Japan.

Our stay at Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku Hotel was overall great - it's location is perfect.
Pros:

The location is perfect - so close to Shinjuku Station, shopping, eating, exploring. Appreciated that we could catch the limo airport shuttle directly from the hotel to Haneda Airport. The staff were all attentive, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed eating at Villazzo a few times, too - excellent.

Cons:

The floor in the bathroom often got wet after bathing/showering - even though we were careful to ensure the shower curtain was inside the tub to prevent leakage. Water seemed to be overflowing from the drainage at the bottom of the tub.
