Pros:

The location is I think unbeatable... close to everything - Sunjuku train station, express bus highway, lots of konbinis and eateries. Get direct airport bus and lots of free self service amenities as well.

Cons:

The room size is, as per Tokyo standard, relatively small and as days go by and we accumulate lots of shopping, it becomes bit difficult to manoeuvre.

Great location and quiet even though there were many guests and a busy part of the city.

Cons:

Need more trash options since room is cleaned every 3 days and tourists buy a lot.
