Hotel has good location ,in shinjuku but not in the very crowded place,well working reception,on the first floor amenities ,you can tale as many as you need.easy to use loundry services you cant watch on tbe tv availability,the othe good thing that you can place your baggage under the bed

Standart economy room was very small ,no window opening,not enough air in the room, air condition doesnt work without the key

Pros:

Cleanliness and staff. Facilities a bit old but perfectly functioning, room normal size, bathroom super clean comfortable bed. Continental breakfast various and rich. Perfect location for visiting Tokyo. 5 minute walking to major attractions in shinjuku and 5 minute walking to one of the main metro station. From the airport there's a bus that stops right at the hotel parkway.

Cons:

Maybe a bit more space for sitting in the huge hall of the hotel.

Pros:

The hotel was great! Centrally located within walking distance of the train station, very clean, helpful and kind staff, and did i mention the outstanding breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms were just a bit compact.
