I would recommend this property highly. Very friendly staff.
Pros:

Great rooms. Very clean. Everything worked as it should. The breakfast was excellent and catered to everyone.

Convenient, Value for money, Comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was amazing. For someone like me who was traveling alone, the room size was perfect. Its your typical Japanese business hotel room. There is a single/double bed, a TV, refrigerator, air con, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Getting to the hotel was also extremely convenient. After getting off the shinkansen at Hiroshima station, I took a streetcar to Kanayamacho, and lo and behold, the hotel is a zebra crossing away.

The staff was friendly and courteous. And they did not switch to English when I was talking to them in Japanese :p

There is a small park and a bakery behind the hotel if you wanna chill for a while or have breakfast. There is also a Nakau right outside the hotel. Recommend their Oyakodon.

Pros:

In the very heart of Hiroshima, a city in real expansion in Japan. Near transportation and good adresses.

Cons:

Rooms are extremely small, be careful if you plain to come with empty suitcases and try to pack what you've bought inside. It's tight but doable.
