Filthy, mouldy rooms with dirty towels and rusted furniture, unhelpful staff, and a fake 4-star rating, avoid this hotel
Cons:

I don’t leave reviews often, but this place earned every single word. If basic hygiene matters to you at all, don’t even think about booking here. I photographed everything, so see for yourself.

We get to reception and there’s a young woman with glasses. No hello, no eye contact, no smile, nothing. She was busy with her own thing and clearly annoyed that she had to deal with us at all. Then she hands us keys to a completely different room than the one we booked.

We walk into that room and the first thing we notice is that it isn’t even ours. We had booked one large double bed, and inside there were three separate beds. And keep in mind, we paid for the hotel in full at the time of booking. The room was dirty and messy, walls scribbled on like a kid had been drawing on them. The towels were full of other people’s hair and some other filth, and we’d been told the room was clean and ready. There were stains of some kind on the pillow. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in years, grime everywhere you looked. The bathroom and shower were disgustingly dirty.

Then the air conditioner. Stuck right onto it was a used band-aid. People, this is something for a health inspector. The AC filters and grilles have obviously never once been cleaned, they’re unbelievably dirty. It’s all in the photos.

The whole room was full of damp and the walls were mouldy. The table legs were completely rusted and the stool was so dirty I don’t understand how anyone hands a room over like that. And this was in both rooms, not just one.

Annoyed, I called reception and told them they’d given us the wrong room. They said come down and we’ll give you another one. When I got down there, suddenly I had to wait three hours for our room to be ready. Imagine that. So we waited three hours.

They give us the key to the second room, and it’s almost the same story. Towels again full of someone else’s hair, floors dirty and messy, the stool again unbelievably filthy. A complete mess.

Not as expected… needs improvement not a 4 star

The location is okay in general

Cons:

The hotel is dirty. The room was handed over dirty, the door had finger prints, the toilet had black marks. Bed sheets had stains, towels had rips and stains. In general the breakfast was also a disaster. We stayed 3 nights , the room was only cleaned once. We had to chase for towels and toilet paper.. we were asked about our stay at our checkout and we did mention all these and were told that we should have said something. The thing is if this is a 4 star hotel i expect to walk into a clean room this is basic thing, i expect the towels to be okay. Wont be coming again

Trots påpekanden städdes inte rummet som det ska. Slarv med handdukar, smutsigt i badrum, sällan tömning av sopor etc Utöver rummet var det smutsigt i matsal, bord, bestik, tallrikar. Glasväggar och fönster mycket smutsigt. Hissarna smutsiga. Vi bodde där i 14 dagar och förbättrades. Det uppfyllde inte 4 stjärnor.

Pros:

Хорошее отношение персонала, бесплатные полотенца для бассейна, хороший ужин, удобное расположение.

Cons:

Скудный завтрак, сложновато найти парковку рядом, но есть платная за 600 лир со стороны моря, там места есть всегда.

Konumu, olanakları, rahatlığı, manzarası, yemekleri ve çalışanları çok iyiydi. Genel olarak memnun kaldım.
Pros:

Genel olarak herşeyini beğendim. Odaları temizdi. Güvenli ve sakindi. Konumu çok iyiydi. Balkonu ve deniz manzarası vardı

Cons:

Havuz temiz değildi. Wifi 5. Katta neredeyse hiç çekmiyordu. Oda telefonu çalışmıyordu, belirtmeme rağmen gelip düzeltmediler, ben de tekrar demedim.

4 étoiles, vraiment ????
Pros:

Le buffet du soir est passable. Pas grand chose d'autre ne vaut un 4 étoiles malheureusement...

Cons:

-Sale (un peu partout, chambres et espaces communs)
-Equipements supplémentaires mensongers : salle de sport qui n'en est pas une (au sous-sol, sous 40° et sans lumière), le spa censé être ouvert jusqu'à 20h mais fermé à notre arrivée à 18h, la piscine qui ferme à 18h en pleine saison estivale et qui n'est utilisable qu'en journée sous 40°...
-Le petit-déjeuner est compris mais n'a rien d'appétissant (aliments chauds, salle peu climatisée, aliments peu savoureux...)
-Chambre : climatisation plus vieille que ma grand-mère et met du temps à refroidir la pièce (elle doit être gênée par la moisissure qui l'entoure), la télévision est du même âge, impossible de la connecter à un téléphone ou autre, petit écran, seulement quelques chaînes classiques mais peu intéressantes, plafonds qui tombe en lambeaux, salle de bain mal nettoyée (on connait la couleur des cheveux/poils des clients précédents), liquide bizarre sur le téléphone de la salle de bain
-Personnel qui semble un peu perdu et ne répond pas vraiment à nos questions (sauf la clim pour laquelle ils ont proposé de faire venir un technicien)

Bref, que du positif !

Все мне понравилось в этот раз. Большой светлый номер, чисто, хорошо работающий кондиционер, вкусный и достаточно разнообразный завтрак. Море близко, есть свой пляж

Я второй раз здесь, мне попался другой номер и в отличие от предыдущего в нем не было никаких неприятных запахов.

В этот раз добралась до СПА, выбрала комплексный пакет, и в другой день - общий массаж. Один сеанс длился 1 час 15 минут, второй — 1 час, стоимость каждого — 45 €. Оба раза массаж делала очень приятная кенийская девушка Ани и оба раза просто восхитительно! Рекомендую, когда захочется разнообразить свой отдых)

Die Unterkunft hatte gar nichts mit dem zutun was beschrieben wurde
Dreckig
Kaum Essenauswahl wenn man pünktlich da war hat man was zu essen gekriegt sonst nicht
und die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant haben nach Schweiß gestunken
Die Terasse war dreckig morgens beim Frühstück lag noch der Dresck vom Abendessen
